    Abstract: A display panel is provided including a substrate including a display area comprising first pixels and a sensor area including second pixels and a transmission portion. A display element layer is disposed on the substrate, the display element layer comprising the first pixels electrically connected to a first thin film transistor and the second pixels electrically connected to a second thin film transistor. A conductive layer is disposed between the second thin film transistor and the substrate, the conductive layer having two or more steps at an edge thereof.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit and OLED display including the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the pixel circuit includes an OLED and a driving transistor including a drain electrode and a gate electrode electrically connected to a first node. The driving transistor is configured to supply a driving current to the OLED based on a voltage of the gate electrode; a storage capacitor electrically connected to the first node. A compensating transistor is electrically connected between the first node and the drain electrode of the driving transistor and configured to be controlled by a scan signal. A diode unit is electrically connected between the first node and the compensating transistor, and the compensating transistor is electrically connected to the first node via the diode unit.
