Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a first display area and a second display area; a plurality of first pixel circuit units positioned on the first display area; a plurality of first light-emitting elements respectively connected to the plurality of first pixel circuit unit; a plurality of second pixel circuit units positioned on the second display area; a plurality of second light-emitting elements respectively connected to the plurality of second pixel circuit units; and a driving circuit unit connected to the plurality of first pixel circuit units and the plurality of second pixel circuit units and overlapping the plurality of second light-emitting elements, wherein a number of the plurality of first pixel circuit units per unit area is larger than a number of the plurality of second pixel circuit units per unit area.

Abstract: Disclosed are a display device and a method for manufacturing the same. The display device according to an embodiment includes a transistor that is disposed on a substrate, a first electrode that is disposed on the substrate, a pixel defining layer that is disposed on the first electrode, a separator pattern that is disposed on the pixel defining layer, auxiliary wiring that is disposed between the pixel defining layer and the separator pattern, a second electrode that is disposed on the first electrode, the pixel defining layer, and the separator pattern, connection wiring that connects the transistor to the second electrode, and an intermediate layer that is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A portion of the second electrode disposed on the separator pattern and a portion of the second electrode disposed around the separator pattern are separated from each other.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device includes a pixel area and a transmitting area adjacent to the pixel area. The organic light-emitting display device includes an organic light-emitting diode, a driving power wiring, and a heating pattern adjacent to the driving power wiring. The driving power wiring is electrically connected to the second electrode. A portion of the organic light-emitting layer is disposed in the transmitting area. The organic light-emitting layer includes an opening area overlapping the heating pattern and at least a portion of the driving power wiring. The second electrode electrically contacts the driving power wiring through the opening area.
