    Abstract: A display device comprises a substrate, and a first light emitting element, a second light emitting element, and a third light emitting element provided on the substrate and each including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer. A third semiconductor layer is provided on the first light emitting element, a first color conversion layer is provided on the second light emitting element, and a second color conversion layer is provided on the third light emitting element, wherein the first color conversion layer and the second color conversion layer include the same semiconductor material as the third semiconductor layer, and further include dopants different from that of the second semiconductor layer.
