Abstract: An organic light emitting display panel including a partition wall to prevent different organic light emitting materials from being mixed with each other between adjacent light emitting areas. The partition wall may protrude from a surface of a pixel definition layer or a first common layer. Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device includes a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, a pixel defining layer on the substrate and having an opening that partially exposes the first electrode, an organic layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the organic layer and the pixel defining layer, wherein the opening includes a lower region adjacent to the first electrode, an upper region adjacent to the second electrode, and a middle region between the lower region and the upper region, wherein the middle region has a width that is greater than a width of the lower region and is greater than a width of the upper region.
