The first gate electrode is electrically connected to the first conductive pattern through a first opening formed in the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the capacitor pattern. The capacitor pattern overlaps the first conductive pattern with the first insulating layer interposed therebetween to form a capacitor.
