Abstract: A surgical microscope system according to an embodiment of the present technology a microscope optical system, an imaging device, and an image processing device. The imaging device captures an image of a visual field range including an eye to be treated through the microscope optical system. The image processing device magnifies a first region in an image including the eye to be treated based on the image captured by the imaging device and reduces a second region other than the first region in the image to be capable of being displayed in a region other than a magnified region that is the first region magnified in the image.
