Abstract: An embodiment of the disclosure relates to a device and a method for wireless local area network (LAN) communication in an electronic device. An electronic device may include a communication circuit and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to set up multiple links to an external electronic device, configure, to be an active link, at least one link among the multiple links, configure at least one other link to be an inactive link, transmit data to and/or receive data from the external electronic device via the active link, identify a radio signal state of the inactive link if it is determined to perform link switching, based on a radio signal state of the active link, and based on the radio signal states of the active link and the inactive link, reconfigure an active link and an inactive link of the multiple links. Other embodiments may also be possible.
