Abstract: An electronic device includes a base layer, at least one transistor including a semiconductor pattern on the base layer and a gate electrode on the semiconductor pattern, a connection electrode on the at least one transistor, at least one insulating layer located between the semiconductor pattern and the connection electrode, a side light shielding pattern located at a same layer as that of the connection electrode, and a light emitting element on the connection electrode and electrically connected to the at least one transistor. The connection electrode passes through the at least one insulating layer to be connected to the semiconductor pattern, and the side light shielding pattern passes through the at least one insulating layer.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate having a pixel area and a peripheral area, a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate in the pixel area, a plurality of data lines that supply a plurality of data signals to the pixels, a plurality of scan lines that supply a plurality of scan signals to the pixels, a plurality of power supply lines that supply a first voltage to the pixels, and first through third insulating layers. The first insulating layer is disposed on the substrate, the second insulating layer is disposed on the first insulating layer, and the third insulating layer is disposed on the second insulating layer. The scan lines are disposed below the third insulating layer on the substrate in the pixel area, and are disposed on the third insulating layer in the peripheral area.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a pixel region and a peripheral region. A plurality of pixels is disposed in the pixel region of the substrate. Each of the plurality of pixels includes a light emitting element. Data lines and scan lines are connected to each of the plurality of pixels. A power line is configured to supply power to the plurality of pixels. The power line includes a plurality of first conductive lines and a plurality of second conductive lines intersecting the plurality of first conductive lines. The plurality of second conductive lines is arranged in a region between adjacent light emitting elements of the plurality of pixels. At least some of the plurality of second conductive lines extend in a direction oblique to a direction of extension of the data lines or the scan lines.
