Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for enhancing sidelink resource utilization for a user equipment (UE) that supports full duplex (FD) communications. For example, an FD UE may receive incoming sidelink communication over a first set of resources and, in FD mode, simultaneously transmit another sidelink communication over the same first set of resources. According to aspects of the present disclosure, the potential interference between the two sidelink communications will be mitigated or reduced, such as by having the FD UE negotiate with other sidelink UEs over transmission power levels and related aspects, such as beam coordination and/or resource subset designation, or the like.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may monitor multiple synchronization signal resources, each synchronization signal resource associated with a beam of a set of beams and may determine that multiple candidate beams of the set of beams satisfy a channel quality threshold. The UE may transmit an indication that the multiple candidate beams satisfy the channel quality threshold. For example, the UE may transmit a single random access message on a physical random access channel (PRACH) resource associated with multiple candidate beams, or may transmit multiple random access messages, each one on a different PRACH resource associated with a different candidate beam. The UE may receive an indication of one of the candidate beams from the base station and may establish a connection with the base station using the indicated candidate beam.

Abstract: Sounding reference signals (SRS) transmitted by a UE, e.g., for positioning or channel estimation, may be configured for one or both of frequency tone level cyclic shift and symbol level code, which, for example, enables multiplexing a greater number of UEs. The frequency tone level cyclic shift is produced by jointly processing a number of symbols with an extended cyclic shift structure. The SRS may be configured using a symbol group level that indicates the number of symbols associated with a cyclic shift structure, and an outer code that indicates a multiplier applied to the SRS at the symbol level, which increases the multiplexing opportunities. The symbol level code may further indicate an extended cyclic shift indicating a linear increase in phase rotation across tones in symbols associated with the symbol group level.

Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a base station to provide RACH configuration(s) indicating RACH occasions which correspond to wake up occasions of a base station according to a power savings mode of the base station. The base station sends one or more RACH configurations indicating ROs to a UE, and then monitors the ROs associated with the power savings mode. The UE determines the ROs associated with the power savings mode, and sends a wake up signal to the base station in at least one of the determined ROs. The base station obtains the wake up signal from the UE in at least one of the monitored ROs. Here, the wake up signal comprises a RACH message. As a result, network power consumption may be optimized through designed configurations which allow a UE to wake up a sleeping base station via a RACH message.

A first wireless device may be configured to transmit one or more reference signals to a second wireless device using a first antenna array at the first wireless device and in accordance with a first precoder matrix. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to estimate interference for concurrent uplink and downlink communications based on an indication of one or more one or more characteristics of an interfering uplink signal communicated between a base station and a second user equipment (UE). The base station or the second UE may transmit, to a first UE, an indication of one or more characteristics of an uplink signal, such as a baseband of the uplink signal or one or more parameters of the uplink signal. The first UE may use the characteristic(s) of the uplink signal to estimate the baseband of the uplink signal and cancel interference associated with the uplink signal. For example, the first UE may use the baseband signal to estimate the interference and may subtract the estimated interference from a downlink signal received at the first UE.

The receiving device also transmits a message comprising the transmission reference point gradient to a transmitting device. A method of wireless communication by a transmitting device includes receiving a transmission reference point gradient of a loss from a receiving device. The transmitting device determines a transmission point-payload gradient of a transmission reference point value with respect to an encoded value generated by a transmitter neural network. The transmitting device also determines a payload gradient of the loss based on a product of the transmission reference point gradient and the transmission point-payload gradient. The transmitting device further updates weights of the transmitter neural network based on the payload gradient.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform an operation to obtain one or more channel state information (CSI) resources (e.g., new resources) from a set of resources indicated by a CSI report configuration. For example, the UE may aggregate or separate respective resources of the set of resources to obtain one or more CSI resources. The operation may be performed based on a first number of antenna ports associated with each resource of the set of resources and a second number of antenna ports associated with a codebook configuration. Thus, performing the operation may result in the UE forming one or more CSI resources for measuring CSI on the one or more CSI resources. The UE may transmit a CSI report based on measuring the CSI for a set of reference signals received on the one or more CSI resources.
