    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer program products for PHY priority for wireless communications are provided. An example apparatus may multiplex a first uplink control information transmission based on a first uplink control information resource and a second uplink control information transmission based on a second uplink control information resource that overlaps in time with the first uplink control information resource, at least one of the first uplink control information resource and the second uplink control information resource being for full-duplex communication. The example apparatus may determine, based on applying a multiplexing rule on the full-duplex communication, whether to use the first uplink control information resource associated with a first beam or the second uplink control information resource associated with a second beam. The example apparatus may transmit a multiplexed uplink control information transmission using a determined uplink control information resource based on the multiplexing rule.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some aspects, a wireless repeater, such as a network-controlled repeater (NCR), and a network entity may support one or more signaling- or configuration-based mechanisms according to which the wireless repeater is able to set a forwarding functionality of the wireless repeater to either an ON state or an OFF state based on a beam failure recovery (BFR) procedure. For example, upon recovery of communications between the wireless repeater and the network entity in accordance with the BFR procedure, the wireless repeater and the network entity may determine whether the forwarding functionality of the wireless repeater is to remain in an OFF state and, if so, for what time duration the forwarding functionality of the wireless repeater is to remain in the OFF state after the BFR procedure.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to establishing a signaling connection between a radio access network (RAN) node and a first scheduling entity. The RAN node may communicate in a dual connectivity (DC) mode of operation with the first scheduling entity (e.g., a secondary gNB) using a first radio access technology (RAT) and with a second scheduling entity (e.g., a master eNB) using a second RAT. The RAN node and the first scheduling entity may support sending information for a first signaling connection between the RAN node and the first scheduling entity over a second signaling connection through the second scheduling entity (e.g., when the second signaling connection is more reliable than the first signaling connection). To establish the second signaling connection, the RAN node and the first scheduling entity may signal support for the second signaling connection and exchange Internet Protocol information for the second signaling connection.
