    Abstract: A power storage device includes: an electrode group including first and second electrodes; a case accommodating the electrode group therein, the case having an opening; and a sealing body closing the opening of the case. The sealing body includes: an annular sealing plate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the sealing plate having a first through-hole provided therein; a terminal plate having a third surface and a fourth surface opposite to the third surface, the third surface facing the first surface of the sealing plate; and an annular gasket disposed between the sealing plate and the terminal plate, the gasket having a second through-hole overlapping the first through-hole. The sealing plate includes a first recessed portion and an outer peripheral portion connected to a peripheral edge of the first recessed portion, the first recessed portion having a recess in the first surface of the sealing plate and having the first through-hole therein. The terminal plate includes a projecting portion projecting from the third surface toward the sealing plate and a flange portion extended from the projecting portion in a second direction intersecting with a first direction. The projecting portion has an end surface closing the first and second through-holes. The projecting portion of the terminal plate is accommodated in the first recessed portion. A peripheral edge of the outer peripheral portion of the sealing plate is joined with an opening end portion of the case. The first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected to the terminal plate and the case, respectively.

    Abstract: A power storage device includes a case, a power storage element disposed in the case, a lead connected to an electrode of the power storage element, a sealing member sealing an opening of the case. The sealing member includes a gasket and a sealing plate having conductivity. The gasket includes a base having a disk shape. The base is disposed between the sealing plate and the power storage element. The base has a through-hole formed therein. The sealing plate includes a protrusion inserted in the through-hole. The protrusion of the sealing plate is connected to the lead. The protrusion is configured to be displaced in a direction away from the lead in accordance with an increase of an internal pressure of the case so as to be disconnected from the lead.

    Abstract: Provided in a power storage module including: a plurality of power storage devices; and a first current collector that holds the plurality of power storage devices. The plurality of power storage devices each include a case having an opening, an electrode assembly including a first electrode and a second electrode housed in the case, and a sealing member that seals the opening. The case includes a tubular part including one end provided with the opening, and a bottom that closes the other end of the tubular part. The case is electrically connected to the first electrode.     Abstract: A battery module includes a plurality of battery cells each having a safety mechanism, a cell case having a plurality of battery housing parts for housing the plurality of battery cells respectively in a predetermined arrangement, an insulating member disposed on one side of each of the battery cells, and a duct serving as a route for exhausting exhaust gas discharged from the battery cells. The battery housing parts have a plurality of openings for housing the battery cells. The insulating member has a through hole formed at a position facing an opening of the plurality of openings that houses corresponding one of the battery cells, and a lid part for closing an opening of the plurality of openings that houses no battery cell.
