Abstract: Disclosed are methods for determining channel access for uplink transmissions. An example method (200) may include determining (210) a duration of a gap between an uplink transmission of a first apparatus and a downlink transmission of a second apparatus before the uplink transmission and in a channel occupancy time of the second apparatus in a case where the uplink transmission falls within the channel occupancy time, and determining (220) at least one of a channel access type and a cyclic prefix extension for the uplink transmission according to the duration of the gap. Related apparatuses and computer readable media are also disclosed.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of channel access procedure based on the channel access priority class (CAPC). The method comprises receiving scheduling information from a second device, the scheduling information at least indicating resources allocated for a transmission from the first device to the second device, a channel access type for the transmission and an expected access priority for the transmission. The method further comprises comparing the expected access priority with an access priority of data in a buffer of the first device and determining use of the resources based on the comparison. In this way, the Channel Occupancy Time (COT) sharing can be used only for the data with higher or equal priority to avoid unintended usage of the grant on unlicensed band and coexistence fairness among nodes with different types of traffic to be transmitted may be achieved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of retransmission mechanism for configured grant uplink transmission. The method comprising transmitting, to a second device, a transport block while starting a configured grant retransmission timer for autonomous retransmission of the transport block; in response to receiving, from the second device, a feedback indicating unsuccessful reception of the transport block, adjusting expiry time of the configured grant retransmission timer without starting the autonomous retransmission of the transport block; determining whether scheduling information for retransmission of the transport block is received before the adjusted configured grant retransmission timer expires; and in response to determining that the scheduling information is received, retransmitting the transport block while stopping the configured grant retransmission timer. In this way, the retransmission in the Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request process could be performed according to the uplink grant scheduled by the network device and therefore the retransmission efficiency for configured grant uplink transmission in unlicensed spectrum can be improved.

Abstract: A method may include, by an apparatus, sensing at least one beam; initiating a channel occupancy time based on the sensing; transmitting at least one first downlink transmission on the at least one beam during the channel occupancy time, wherein the at least one first downlink transmission on the at least one beam triggers at least one first uplink transmission on the at least one beam during the channel occupancy time; receiving the at least one first uplink transmission on the at least one beam during the channel occupancy time; determining interference condition on the at least one beam based on the at least one first uplink transmission; and scheduling at least one second downlink transmission or at least one second uplink transmission on the at least one beam with restriction during a rest of the channel occupancy time when the interference condition meets at least one threshold requirement.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for dynamic transmit diversity fallback are provided. One method may include configuring a user equipment with a maximum number of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) layers used for transmission mode 9 or transmission mode 10 scheduling, and performing, by a network node, at least one of transmission mode 9 or transmission mode 10 scheduling. The configuring may include indicating to the user equipment to use a modified mapping table providing transmit diversity fallback for the at least one of transmission mode 9 or transmission mode 10 scheduling.
