One method may include receiving, at an antenna panel, at least two configured transmission configuration indicator states for simultaneous multiple input multiple output reception; for each of the at least two configured transmission configuration indicator states for simultaneous reception from one or more transmission reception points, sweeping at least one narrow beam receiving one or more repeated reference signals received from the one or more transmission reception points; and, based upon at least one spatial radio multipath channel characteristic of the one or more repeated reference signals carrying each transmission configuration indicator state, selecting at least one antenna element of the antenna panel to form a group of antenna elements and control the group of antenna elements to direct at least one beam.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to supporting network controlled measurement interruption ratio. In an aspect, a terminal device determines, based on at least one measurement requirement, a first interruption ratio. The first interruption ratio is different from a second interruption ratio acceptable by the network device. The terminal device transmits, to a network device, a first message requesting the network device to grant the first interruption ratio. By implementing the embodiments of the present disclosure, network controlled measurement interruption ratio can be supported and the negative impact caused by the interruptions could be reduced.

Abstract: There is provided a method, comprising: receiving from a network an indication of a channel assignment; determining adjacent channel interface within a reception bandwidth when applying a first receiver configuration for reception on the channel assignment; determining whether the adjacent channel interference meets a predetermined criterion with respect to a predetermined threshold; based on determining that the adjacent channel interference meets the predetermined criterion, switching from applying the first receiver configuration to applying a second receiver configuration for reception on the channel assignment, and transmitting to the network a message indicating a capability update of the apparatus with respect to at least one of frequency bands or frequency band combinations; or based on determining that the adjacent channel interference does not meet the predetermined criterion, continue applying the first receiver configuration for reception on the channel assignment.

According to an aspect, a method comprises: scheduling a first wireless interface of a user device to operate in a first transmission mode where the first wireless interface transmits payload data to a wireless network; scheduling a second wireless interface of the user device or another user device to operate in a second transmission mode where the second wireless interface transmits keep alive messages without payload data to the wireless network or to another wireless network; receiving at least one measured connection quality metric from the first wireless interface and from the second wireless interfaces; and rescheduling, on the basis of the received connection quality metrics, a transmission mode of at least one of the first wireless interface and the second wireless interface.
