    摘要: The invention is to provide a polymer, having a high affinity to water, is liquid in spite of being a polymer, simultaneously possesses also a thermal stability and is suitably used as a heating medium or a lubricant. It is the polyacetal (co)polymer, being liquid at room temperature, prepared by copolymerizing (A) 75 to 100 mol % of 1,3-dioxolane and (B) 25 to 0 mol % of trioxane and having the total amount of terminal groups of 15 to 300 mmol/kg and an amount of a hemiformal terminal group of 80 mmol/kg or less.

    摘要: A polyacetal resin composition having high rigidity and also excellent in dimensional stability and creep characteristics is provided. A polyacetal resin composition prepared by blending (A) 99.9 to 90 parts by weight of a linear polyacetal resin having a melt index of 1 to 50 g/min obtained by copolymerizing (a) 99.5 to 97.5% by weight of trioxane and (b) 0.5 to 2.5% by weight of a compound selected from a mono-functional cyclic ether compound and a mono-functional cyclic formal compound, with (B) from 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a branched or crosslinked polyacetal resin having a melt index of 0.1 to 10 g/min obtained by copolymerizing (a) 99.49 to 95.0% by weight of trioxane, (b) 0.5 to 4.0% by weight of a compound selected from a mono-functional cyclic ether compound and mono-functional cyclic formal compound and (c) 0.01 to 1.0% by weight of a poly-functional glycidyl ether compound with the number of functional groups of 3 to 4, in which (A) and (B) are selected so that the ratio between the melt index of (A) and the melt index of (B) can satisfy the relation of the following formula: 0.02≦MIB/MIA≦1.5   (1) (where MIA is a melt index of (A) and MIB is a melt index of (B))

    摘要: To provide a polyacetal resin material in which an excellent sliding property is given and the appearance, dimensional precision, mechanical properties, etc. of the molded article thereof are improved as well. That is, a branched polyacetal resin composition, comprising 100 parts by weight of a branched polyacetal copolymer (A) having an oxymethylene group as the main repeating unit and having a specific branching unit, and 0.5 to 40 parts by weight of at least one polymer (B) selected from the group consisting of the following polymer (B-1) and (B-2), i.e. polymer (B-1): a graft or block copolymer prepared from an olefin polymer (b-1) and at least one vinyl polymer (b-2); and polymer (B-2): a modified olefin polymer in which an olefin polymer (b-3) is modified with at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride and derivatives thereof and/or 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a lubricant (C).

    摘要: A branched or crosslinked polyacetal resin is excellent in blow moldability, has impact resistances such as plane impact resistance, and the smoothness of the inner surfaces of moldings produced therefrom, and is suitable for molding, particularly blow molding. It can be produced by the bulk polymerization of (A) trioxane with (B) a cyclic ether and/or cyclic formal and (C) a polyfunctional glycidyl ether compound in the presence of (D) a cationic polymerization catalyst, a mixture prepared by mixing the cyclic ether and/or cyclic formal (B) with the polyfunctional glycidyl ether compound (C) and the cationic polymerization catalyst (D) is added to trioxane (A) to conduct the polymerization.

    摘要: Polyester resins are prepared by reacting a lower alkyl ester of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid with an aliphatic diol to form an aromatic polyester, and which includes (i) subjecting to transesterification reaction conditions in the presence of a titanium compound catalyst a transesterification reaction system having the lower alkyl ester of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid, the aliphatic and between 0.02 to 5.0 mole percent, based on the amount of the lower alkyl ester of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid, of an aromatic sulfonic acid compound represented by the following general formula (I):OH--R--O--Ar--SO.sub.3 M (I)wherein Ar is a p-substituted benzene group or a 2,6-substituted naphthalene group, R is a divalent group selected from among --CH.sub.2 CH(CH.sub.3)--, --CH(CH.sub.3)CH.sub.2 --, --CH.sub.2 CH(CH.sub.3)-- and --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, and M is an alkali metal selected from the group consisting of lithium, sodium and potassium. The resulting transesterification reaction product is thereafter subjected to polycondensation to obtain the polyester resin. The polyester resin may be blended with an aromatic polyester base resin to yield a moldable polyester resin composition having exceptional crystallization rates.
