Abstract:
A developer case includes a case main body and a carrier tank. The case main body includes a toner containing space and a merging space. The toner containing space contains a toner. The merging space communicates to the toner containing space. The carrier tank is attachably/detachably installed to the case main body. The carrier tank includes a carrier containing space. The carrier containing space contains a carrier and communicates to the merging space. The toner conveyed from the toner containing space and the carrier conveyed from the carrier containing space are merged with each other in the merging space and discharged to an outside.
Abstract:
A developer case (10) according to the present invention includes a case main body (30), a rotator (55, 56), a coupling (57), and a holder (49, 70, 80, 90). The case main body (30) contains developer. The rotator (55, 56) is rotatably arranged between a pair of sidewalls (43F, 43B) of the case main body (30). The pair of sidewalls (43F, 43B) are opposed to each other. The coupling (57) is coupled to the rotator (55, 56) with at least one of the pair of sidewalls (43F, 43B) in between. The holder (49, 70, 80, 90) protrudes on an inner face of at least the one of the pair of sidewalls (43F, 43B) and holds an end in an axis direction of the rotator (55, 56) at a position where the end is capable of coupling to the coupling (57).
Abstract:
A developer case (10) according to the present invention includes a case main body (30), a conveyer (33), a first tube (34), and a second tube (35). The case main body (30) contains developer and has a discharge port (30a) to discharge the developer toward an outside of the case main body (30). The conveyer (33) conveys the developer in the case main body (30) toward the discharge port (30a). The first tube (34) is arranged in the case main body (30) so as to cover the discharge port (30a). The second tube (35) communicates with an inside of the first tube (34) at a downstream side of the discharge port (30a) in a conveying direction of the developer and extends in a direction crossing to the conveying direction.
Abstract:
A developer container is fitted in a first direction to an image forming apparatus for forming an image on a sheet. The developer container includes a main body and a protrusion. An inner space filled with a developer is formed in the man body. The protrusion protrudes outward from an outer wall of the main body. The protrusion includes a plurality of wall surface parts facing in a direction opposite to the first direction. An order in which the plurality of wall surface parts are arranged when viewed in the first direction is different from an order in which the plurality of wall surface parts are arranged when viewed in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. A plurality of wall parts are formed integrally to connect the plurality of wall surface parts through the plurality of wall parts.
Abstract:
A toner transportation device according to the present disclosure includes a transportation screw that has a rotational shaft and a transportation fin formed on an outer circumferential surface of the rotational shaft and a toner transportation pipe that has a circular shape in cross section. The transportation screw is rotatably positioned in the toner transportation pipe. A support member is attached to the rotational shaft that has a bearing portion having an annular shape and rotatably fitted onto the rotational shaft and that has a plurality of leg portions radially protruding outward from an outer circumferential surface of the bearing portion. A distance between an axis of the rotational shaft and a tip of each leg portion is greater than a radius of the transportation fin and equal to or less than a radius of an inner circumferential surface of the toner transportation pipe.
Abstract:
A toner conveying device of the present disclosure includes a conveying screw, a toner conveying pipe, and a plurality of convex portions that are formed on an inner wall surface of the toner conveying pipe. The conveying screw has a rotary shaft and a conveying vane that is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft. The toner conveying pipe has a circular section, and the conveying screw is rotatably disposed inside the toner conveying pipe. Each of the convex portions is formed within an area defined by half the circumference along the inner wall surface of the toner conveying pipe and supports the conveying screw so that an axial center of the rotary shaft substantially coincides with a center axis of the toner conveying pipe.
Abstract:
The ink container includes an ink pack, a paper case and a cover. The ink pack is configured to store ink. The paper case is configured to store the ink pack and to have a shape elongated in one direction. The cover is bonded to an end portion in the one direction of the case. A protection rib is protruded on an outer circumferential face of the cover. The protection rib covers, from an outside in the one direction, a bonded portion of the end portion of the case and the cover.
Abstract:
The supply liquid tank unit of the disclosure includes a supply liquid tank, and a detection sensor. The detection sensor detects a liquid level of liquid in the supply liquid tank. The supply liquid tank includes a first chamber provided with an inflow port, a second chamber provided with an outflow port, a partition wall for partitioning the first chamber and the second chamber from each other, and a lower communicating path which is formed from a lower end of the partition wall and a lower surface of the supply liquid tank and which makes the first chamber and the second chamber communicating with each other. The detection sensor detects a liquid level of the liquid in the second chamber and is placed above the lower end of the partition wall.
Abstract:
In a toner case attachable to and detachable from a case storage portion of an image forming apparatus, a case main body is long in an attachment direction with respect to the case storage portion, and includes lower and upper housings defining lower and upper spaces among its inner space. Rims of upper-surface opening of the lower housing and lower-surface opening of the upper housing are joined together. A ceiling surface of the case storage portion is inclined diagonally upward from upper end of one side wall of the case storage portion toward the other opposite side wall in the width direction. The upper housing includes an inclined portion inclined corresponding to the inclined surface. When the case main body is attached to the case storage portion, the joint portion of the lower and upper housings has approximately the same height as the upper end of the side wall.
