Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a fiber recognition method, an optical line terminal, and a system. The method includes: obtaining, by an optical line terminal, identification information of a fiber connected to an optical line terminal and to be recognized; generating, by the optical line terminal, a data frame that includes the identification information of the fiber to be recognized; transmitting, by the optical line terminal, optical signals that are generated according to the data frame to the fiber to be recognized, so as to make a fiber recognition instrument implement identification for the fiber to be recognized. The present invention can implement fiber recognition easily and conveniently. When a new ONU user is added to a distributed network, service interruption can also be avoided for a user who is normally using a service, and the cost is low.

A first chip is arranged on a lower cover plate, an upper cladding, which is close to a first PD, of the first chip is covered by a first upper cover plate; a first dividing groove divides the first chip into two parts, and a WDM and a light blocking material are arranged inside the first dividing groove, so as to block stray light transmitted inside the upper cladding, a sandwich layer, a lower cladding, and a base of the first chip; and a light blocking material is arranged on a side of the first upper cover plate facing the first LD, so as to block stray light transmitted on a surface of the first chip, thereby blocking the stray light that enters the first PD, and significantly reducing crosstalk of the optical module.

Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate, a photoelectric detector, and a display surface. The photoelectric detector is located on a side that is of the substrate and that is close to the display surface. The photoelectric detector includes a PN junction or a PIN junction. The photoelectric detector is configured to be reverse biased or zero biased when the display apparatus works in an ambient light detection stage to generate a photo-generated current under illumination of ambient light and detect ambient light information. The photoelectric detector is disposed above the substrate, and ambient light needs to penetrate only a part of a film layer structure of the display panel to be received by the photoelectric detector.

Abstract: A transmitter optical subassembly is disclosed including a substrate and a direct modulated laser disposed on the substrate. A single-stage isolator, a polarization direction rotator, and an optical branching filter are disposed side by side on the substrate in a light propagation direction. The polarization direction rotator can adjust linearly polarized light to P-polarized light, the optical branching filter includes an optical splitter subassembly and a filter subassembly, and an optical splitter film in the optical splitter subassembly is an optical splitter film with P polarization. The polarization direction rotator adjusts the incident linearly polarized light to the P-polarized light, and the optical splitter film in the optical branching filter is the optical splitter film with P polarization; all P-polarized light with single polarization can pass through the optical branching filter, without causing any polarization loss or two peaks.

Abstract: An optical signal modulation circuit includes a laser (DFB), a modulator (EAM), and an operational amplifier. The laser (DFB) generates a laser to stimulate the modulator (EAM) to generate a photon-generated current (ip), a first port (a) of the modulator (EAM) is connected to a first input voltage (Vbias), a second port (b) of the modulator (EAM) is connected to an inverting input end of the operational amplifier, a non-inverting input end of the operational amplifier is connected to a second input voltage (Vin), and an output end of the operational amplifier is connected to the first port (a) of the modulator. In the modulation circuit, a photon-generated current (ip) of the EAM is fed back to the operational amplifier, to implement a linear relationship between the second input voltage (Vin) and the photon-generated current (ip) of the EAM, and obtain a linear EML transmission curve, namely, a high-linearity EML.
