    Abstract: This application provides a transmission resource configuration method and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a first node, a transmission resource configuration from a second node, where the transmission resource configuration includes a first configuration and a second configuration, the first configuration indicates that a start time resource is uplink and/or an end time resource is downlink in a configuration period, and the second configuration indicates that a start time resource is downlink and/or an end time resource is uplink in a configuration period; and switching, by the first node based on first signaling, a transmission direction of a first time resource in the first configuration by using the first configuration; or using, by the first node, the first configuration or the second configuration based on second signaling.

    Abstract: A path loss determining method and apparatus are provided to satisfy a path loss measurement requirement when there are different transmit powers. The method includes: measuring receive power of a signal sent by a network device; determining transmit power of the signal based on pre-configuration information, where the pre-configuration information is used to indicate correspondences between a plurality of signals and transmit powers, transmit powers of some or all of the plurality of signals are different, and the signal is one of the plurality of signals; and determining a path loss based on the receive power of the signal and the transmit power of the signal.

    Abstract: A cell beam indication method and a related terminal device for receiving configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information is used to configure at least one cell group, and each cell group includes a first cell and a second cell. The terminal device determines, based on a first beam indicated via a first cell in a first cell group, a second beam corresponding to the first cell group, where the first cell group includes at least one multi-beam cell. The terminal device determines, based on the second beam, a third beam of a second cell in the first cell group. This method may be used for a multi-beam cell, to indicate that a common beam can be used for the multi-beam cell in a form of a cell group.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and apparatus. A terminal device receives a correspondence between reporting information and a to-be-activated TCI state, and a configured one-to-one correspondence between at least one TCI state and at least one first field, so that the terminal device can determine a to-be-activated TCI state and a first field corresponding to the TCI state. Therefore, on the basis of an existing mechanism of TCI state activation, based on reporting information of a terminal, the terminal device can autonomously activate a TCI state, and associate the TCI state with a corresponding field, so that signaling overheads and an indication delay are reduced, to improve performance of data transmission, and achieve good forward compatibility.

    Abstract: This application provides a power control parameter determining method and an apparatus, to simplify a beam indication process and a power control parameter indication process, and reduce signaling overheads.
