    Abstract: A device bootstrap method and a terminal configured to send a bootstrap request to a server, wherein the bootstrap request includes a node identifier (ID) and a transmission channel parameter of the terminal, receiving an acknowledgment message carrying a transmission channel selected by the server, where the transmission channel is determined based on the transmission channel parameter, receiving a temporary ID indication message including a temporary ID and a temporary key sent by a forwarding apparatus, where the forwarding apparatus is a network element that is configured to send a message to the terminal through the transmission channel selected by the server, and wherein the terminal is further configured to establish a secure communication channel with the server according to the temporary ID and the temporary key.

    Abstract: A communication method includes: obtaining information about first and second video streams, where the information about each video stream comprises evaluation information of the video stream and an address corresponding to the video stream, and both of the first and second video streams are related to a first event; selecting the first video stream for a first vehicle based on evaluation information of the first and second video streams; and sending a first message including an address corresponding to the first video stream to the first vehicle. Thus, an appropriate video stream can be matched for the vehicle, and the vehicle does not need to autonomously select a video stream. In addition, the first vehicle can learn of a complete picture of the first event.

    Abstract: An internet of things device including an interworking gateway. The interworking gateway serves as an agent of an internet of things server in an operator network, replaces the internet of things server to register and authenticate an internet of things terminal, and forwards a message between the internet of things server and the internet of things terminal. The interworking gateway is located in a same IP subnet or private network as a packet data network gateway or a user plane device in a telecommunications network. Based on an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the internet of things terminal, the interworking gateway may determine validity of the internet of things terminal and directly address the internet of things terminal.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for adjusting a transmit power in GSM. The method includes: determining that a communications terminal concurrently executes services respectively on a first SIM card and a second SIM card that are supported by the communications terminal, where the service executed on the first SIM card is a first service, and the service executed on the second SIM card is a second service, a modem corresponding to the first SIM card is a first modem, and a modem corresponding to the second SIM card is a second modem; and further, adjusting steady-state transmit powers of modems according to a service type of the first service and a service type of the second service.
