Abstract: This application discloses a terminal device grouping method. The method may include: First, a network device groups, one or more times according to a grouping rule, terminal devices associated with a first paging occasion PO. Then, the network device notifies all terminal devices associated with the first PO of the grouping rule and power saving signal receiving location information of each group of terminal devices. Next, the terminal device determines, according to the grouping rule, a group number of a group to which the terminal device belongs, and determines, based on the group number, a power saving signal receiving location corresponding to the group number.

Abstract: This application provides a sidelink configuration method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. In one example, before each sidelink transmission is performed, a terminal device at a transmit end sends SCI to a terminal device at a receive end. In this solution, transmission on information needed for sidelink transmissions is performed by using sidelink RRC, so that the terminal device at the receive end obtains a time-frequency resource configuration of sidelink transmissions, and further obtains a HARQ process identifier of each transmission.

Abstract: An uplink transmission power control method and a user equipment are provided, where the method includes: determining, by a UE, whether uplink channels are simultaneously transmitted over adjacent subframes between multiple carriers; where the adjacent subframes between the multiple carriers are partially overlapped; and timing advance values of the multiple carriers are different; and if uplink channels are simultaneously transmitted over adjacent subframes between multiple carriers, processing, by the user equipment, an uplink channel transmitted over the last symbol on a partially overlapped subframe of another carrier except a carrier having the greatest timing advance value, so that total transmission power of the uplink channels is lower than the maximum transmission power or an interference level of the user equipment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for determining an active time of UE, where the method includes: acquiring extension information of a DTX active time of a base station; and adjusting a DTX active time of the UE according to the extension information, and using an overlapped time between the DTX active time of the UE and a DRX active time of the UE as an active time of the UE for listening on a PDCCH channel. The UE can learn a latest DTX condition according to a change of the DTX on a base station side in a manner of acquiring extension information of a DTX active time of the base station, and therefore can determine a correct active time of the UE with reference to DRX of the UE, thereby ultimately ensuring QoS of the UE.
