    Abstract: A subframe processing method and device are disclosed. The subframe processing method includes: if data packets that are not received by an evolved NodeB (eNB) include at least two consecutive Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) data packets to be scheduled in a Dynamic Schedule Period (DSP) by the eNB, setting a subframe of the eNB that is used to transmit Dynamic Schedule Information (DSI) corresponding to the DSP to null. When the eNB finds that consecutive MBMS data packets are lost and/or that a type 0 Protocol Data Unit (PDU) group is lost, a subframe used to transmit the DSI may be set to null, thereby preventing the eNB from transmitting incorrect DSI which may interfere with other eNBs and cause incorrect data receiving of a user equipment (UE).

The method includes: transmitting, by a communications device, a data packet to a receiving node by using an unlicensed spectrum resource and by using a hybrid automatic repeat request process. The method also includes determining, by the communications device, that the unlicensed spectrum resource is unavailable and an unsuccessfully-sent data packet exists in the hybrid automatic repeat request process. The method also includes triggering, by the communications device, ARQ retransmission for the unsuccessfully-sent data packet.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a secondary cell activation method and apparatus, a communications system, a base station, and user equipment, which are applied to the field of communications technologies. The secondary cell activation method includes: a base station of a primary cell only needs to send configuration information of a secondary cell to user equipment, where the configuration information includes configuration information of an uplink control channel of the secondary cell; and send downlink data for the user equipment to a base station of the secondary cell, so that the base station of the secondary cell forwards the downlink data to the user equipment.
