    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a link re-establishment method and a device, and relate to the communications field: When detecting that a first downlink beam pair set is invalid, UE sends a first uplink signal to a base station at a moment n by using a first uplink beam pair set through a first uplink channel, where the first uplink signal is used to notify the base station that the first downlink beam pair set is invalid; and the UE detects, at a moment n+k, a first downlink signal sent by the base station by using a second downlink beam pair set through a first downlink channel.

    Abstract: An information transmission method includes: A terminal receives first signaling, where the first signaling includes a first field, a state value of the first field is used to indicate a first spatial relation parameter for receiving a first channel, the state value of the first field is a candidate state value corresponding to the first field, and at least one of the candidate state values corresponds to two or more spatial relation parameters. The terminal obtains one or more target spatial relation parameters in the first spatial relation parameter, and receives the first channel based on the one or more target spatial relation parameters. In this method, the terminal receives the first channel by receiving the first signaling sent by a base station and obtaining a target spatial relation parameter.

The method includes: transmitting, by a base station, signals to a terminal device by using n port groups, where each of the n port groups includes at least two ports; and receiving, by the base station, s first linear combination coefficient groups transmitted by the terminal device, where each first linear combination coefficient group includes first linear combination coefficients of one of s port groups, at least one first linear combination coefficient group includes at least two non-zero coefficients, the s first linear combination coefficient groups are used to determine a first precoding matrix, the s port groups are included in the n port groups. This can improve channel feedback precision of the terminal device, and further help improve performance of transmission between the base station and the terminal device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a message transmission method. In one example method, a first signal is received by a first device from a second device using a radio channel. A second signal, corresponding to and different from the received first signal, is transmitted by the second device to the first device. Information carried by the second signal corresponds to one of M state values. A first sequence corresponding to one or more subcarriers occupied by the second signal is directly proportional to a product of a preset second sequence and a third sequence in a state sequence set. Channel information of the radio channel is estimated by the first device according to the received first signal and the preset second sequence. The information carried by the second signal is determined by the first device according to the estimated channel information of the radio channel and the received first signal.

    Abstract: A channel state information (CSI) feedback method is provided. A receive end receives CSI process configuration information. The CSI process configuration information includes at least one CSI process, and a first CSI process in the at least one CSI process is associated with K reference signal resources and M interference measurement resources. For the first CSI process, the receive end obtains a target reference signal resource based on the K reference signal resources, obtains a target interference measurement resource based on the M interference measurement resources, and obtains CSI based on the target reference signal resource and the target interference measurement resource. The receive end sends the CSI. The CSI includes a target index, and the target index is used to represent the target reference signal resource and/or the target interference measurement resource. In this way, CSI feedback flexibility is improved.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink power control method, a user equipment and a base station. The method comprises: receiving configuration information of a channel state information reference signal CSI-RS from the base station, wherein the configuration information of the CSI-RS comprises reference signal port information and reference signal power information; and measuring a path loss for uplink power control based on the configuration information of the CSI-RS. The embodiments of the present disclosure use the CSI-RS to measure the path loss, which differs from a common CRS in that the CSI-RS may aim at a specific base station. Therefore, path loss measurement may be performed in respect of a target base station of uplink transmission, enabling the path loss compensation to match the actual path loss, thus improving the performance of uplink power control.

The method includes: determining a first parameter used to generate a pilot sequence in a first parameter candidate set, where the first parameter candidate set includes at least two timeslot numbers of the following timeslot numbers: a timeslot number obtained after downlink synchronization, a predefined timeslot number, timeslot numbers in a second type pilot configuration parameter, a timeslot number obtained from a high layer notification, and a timeslot number obtained from a dynamic notification, where a second type pilot is different from a pilot corresponding to the pilot sequence; and generating the pilot sequence according to the first parameter.
