    Abstract: The present application discloses a subband switching method, including: determining, by a network device, a target subband to which user equipment is to switch; sending, by the network device, identification information of the target subband to the user equipment; determining configuration information of the target subband according to the identification information of the target subband; and switching, by the user equipment, to the target subband according to the configuration information of the target subband. In the subband switching method provided in embodiments of the present application, switching between subbands can be implemented, so that when the UE has a subband switching requirement, the user equipment can be instructed to switch to a target subband. Therefore, service quality of the UE is improved.

    Abstract: A D2D communication discovery method, an apparatus, and a system are disclosed. In an embodiment the D2D communication method includes acquiring, at an application layer, location information of a first user equipment and location information of a second user equipment, calculating a distance between the first user equipment and the second user equipment according to the location information of the first user equipment and the location information of the second user equipment and sending a D2D link establishment instruction to the first user equipment according to the distance between the first user equipment and the second user equipment so that the first user equipment and the second user equipment establish a D2D communication link.

    Abstract: A resource configuration method and apparatus, applied to a non-cellular system NCS that includes a plurality of transmission points TPs is described herein. The method may include determining a tracking resource in a time-frequency resource of each TP, where time-frequency resources of all the TPs are the same, and tracking resources determined for all the TPs are the same. The method may also include generating tracking resource configuration information based on a time-frequency resource occupied by the tracking resource. Furthermore, the method may include sending the tracking resource configuration information to each TP, so that each TP detects, on the tracking resource, a sounding reference signal SRS sent by a terminal, so as to improve NCS service performance.

    Abstract: An uplink data transmission method and device are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, a control symbol sent by a terminal device by using a control time-frequency resource, wherein the control symbol carries control information, wherein the control information indicates a data encoding scheme at the terminal device, wherein the control time-frequency resource belongs to a transmission resource that includes a data time-frequency resource, and wherein the control time-frequency resource and the data time-frequency resource are different; demodulating and decoding, at the network device, the control symbol to obtain the control information; and decoding, at the network device and according to the control information, a data symbol to obtain uplink data, wherein the data symbol is received from the terminal device by way of the data time-frequency resource.

    Abstract: A sub-band scheduling method, including: sending, to a base station on a source sub-band, a first message that carries information about a data attribute requirement of to-be-transmitted data, where the information about the data attribute requirement includes at least one of the following: a transmission delay, a transmission delay type, a data bandwidth requirement, or a packet loss sensitivity; receiving, on the source sub-band, a second message that carries sub-band information of a target sub-band, where the target sub-band is a sub-band that is scheduled by the base station and that meets the data attribute requirement of the to-be-transmitted data, and the sub-band information includes at least one of the following: a sub-band number, a sub-band frequency channel number, a timing advance, an uplink resource allocated by the base station, a sub-band sending power level, or a bandwidth; and transmitting data on the target sub-band according to the sub-band information.
