Abstract: This application discloses a communications method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, PUCCH resource configuration indication information from a network device, where the PUCCH resource configuration indication information is associated with one or more of the following parameters: a downlink channel resource parameter, a demodulation reference signal port-related parameter, and a transport block parameter. A corresponding apparatus is further disclosed. According to the solution in this application, the PUCCH resource configuration indication information is associated with one or more parameters of the downlink channel resource, the demodulation reference signal port-related parameter, and the transport block parameter. When the terminal device sends uplink control information by using a PUCCH resource, a PUCCH resource conflict can be avoided, thereby ensuring transmission reliability.

Abstract: A data scrambling method and a related device are provided. In the data scrambling method, a communications device may configure one scrambling identifier associated with downlink control information configuration information or a downlink control parameter, or a plurality of scrambling identifiers associated with different downlink control information configuration information or downlink control parameters, where the downlink control information configuration information is parameter information used to obtain a downlink control channel, and the downlink control parameter is a parameter included in downlink control information or a parameter related to a parameter included in downlink control information; and the communications device may send the one scrambling identifier or the plurality of scrambling identifiers to a terminal device. It can be learned that the scrambling identifier configured in embodiments of this application is associated with the downlink control information configuration information or the downlink control parameter.

Abstract: This application provides a Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS) transmission method and a communications device. The method includes: determining, by a communications device, a current mode of a resource scheduling unit, where the current mode is a frequency hopping mode or an aggregation mode, and performing, by the communications device, DMRS mapping or demapping by using a DMRS pattern corresponding to the current mode, where a location of a symbol occupied by a DMRS in the DMRS pattern corresponding to the current mode is different from a location of a symbol occupied by a DMRS in a preset DMRS pattern. In embodiments of this application, a location of a symbol occupied by a DMRS can be flexibly selected depending on different modes. Therefore, requirements of the different modes can be satisfied in the embodiments of this application, thereby improving network performance.

Abstract: A channel state information feedback method includes: a terminal receives first indication information from a network device, and the terminal sends channel state information to the network device. The first indication information is used to indicate a type of a right multiplication matrix in a first codebook, and the first codebook satisfies a formula (I). W is the first codebook, W1 is a port selection matrix, (II) is a linear superposition coefficient matrix, Wf is the right multiplication matrix, and (III) is a conjugate transpose of Wf, and is used by the terminal to determine the channel state information based on the first codebook. According to the method, when there are a plurality of codebooks, the codebook used by the terminal to obtain the CSI can be clearly indicated.
