Abstract: This application discloses a reference signal sending method, a base station, and user equipment, to relieve a problem of low utilization of time-frequency resources. The method may include receiving, by a base station, a measurement result, sent by user equipment (UE), of a downlink reference signal from a serving cell of the UE, where the base station is a base station to which the serving cell belongs. The method may also include determining, by the base station based on the measurement result, whether a predetermined handover preparation condition is met. When the predetermined handover preparation condition is met, the method may include instructing, by the base station, a neighboring cell to send the downlink reference signal to the UE using a time-frequency resource configured by the base station, where the neighboring cell does not send the downlink reference signal to the UE before the neighboring cell is instructed. Furthermore, the method may include instructing, by the base station, the UE to receive the downlink reference signal using the time-frequency resource configured by the base station.

Abstract: Embodiments provide an uplink signal acknowledge method. In the method, an uplink signal sent by a terminal device for tracking the terminal device can be received by a base station or a transmission/reception point (TRP). A downlink tracking acknowledge message can be sent to the terminal device. The downlink tracking acknowledge message can include at least one of the following: information about a status in which the base station or the TRP tracks the terminal device, timing advance information required by the terminal device to send an uplink tracking signal, power adjustment information required by the terminal device to send the uplink signal, and access control information of the terminal device. The base station or the TRP sends the downlink tracking acknowledge message to the terminal device, so that the terminal device learns whether a network has tracked the terminal device.

Abstract: Example beam training methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, a first terminal apparatus sends a first message to a second terminal apparatus, where the first message includes a request for a first list, the first list includes an identifier of at least one sidelink synchronization signal, and the at least one sidelink synchronization signal is a sidelink synchronization signal that is not used by the second terminal apparatus within a preset time range and/or that is not used by another terminal apparatus within an area in which the second terminal apparatus is located. The first terminal apparatus receives a second message from the second terminal apparatus, where the second message includes the first list. A first sidelink synchronization signal is determined based on the identifier of the at least one sidelink synchronization signal in the first list. The first sidelink synchronization signal is used for beam training.

Abstract: This application provides a scheduling method for sidelink communication, a terminal apparatus, and a network apparatus. This application is applicable to an internet of vehicles or network-connected driving. The scheduling method mainly includes: A first terminal apparatus determines to be a scheduling terminal apparatus of at least one second terminal apparatus, where the scheduling terminal apparatus schedules the at least one second terminal apparatus; and the first terminal apparatus sends scheduling information to the at least one second terminal apparatus. The scheduling terminal apparatus may perform a scheduling function to schedule sidelink transmission of another terminal apparatus. According to the technical solution provided in this application, the scheduling terminal apparatus may be selected to perform the scheduling function, so as to reduce workload of scheduling performed by a network apparatus, and improve flexibility of scheduling performed on terminal apparatuses located at different geographical locations.

Abstract: This application provides a synchronization signal sending method and a communications device, and provides a synchronization signal receiving method in V2X sidelink transmission communication. A complementary sidelink synchronization signal is sent in a time interval for sending synchronization signal burst sets, and is generated by using a sidelink synchronization identification of a first communications device. The complementary sidelink synchronization signal may be flexibly configured in a data frame following a synchronization signal frame, and may be sent together with sidelink control information or sidelink data. In addition, sending or skipping sending the complementary sidelink synchronization signal is optional. As a supplement to a sidelink synchronization signal, the complementary sidelink synchronization signal occupies a few resources and is sent at high frequency. Therefore, synchronization reliability can be improved when a vehicle moves fast.
