    Abstract: Various embodiments disclosed relate to a balloon catheter for use with a ureteroscope. A balloon catheter may include an elongated shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, the elongated shaft shaped for insertion into a patient. A balloon catheter may include a balloon attached at the distal end of the elongated shaft, wherein the balloon is inflatable between a collapsed state and inflated state, and wherein a wall of the balloon comprises a balloon wall material defining plurality of valves that open to allow fluid flow therethrough when the balloon is in the inflated state.

    Abstract: An endoscope can comprise a proximal section, an insertion section extending longitudinally from the proximal section and comprising an elongate tubular body disposed along an insertion section longitudinal axis and a lumen extending through the elongate tubular body, and a distal section extending from the insertion section and comprising an elevator portion comprising an elevator configured to position and orient one or more endotherapy tools extending from the lumen, and a camera module comprising an illumination unit and an imaging unit. The camera module can be positioned longitudinally spaced apart from the elevator portion in an in-line configuration, such that the insertion tube longitudinal axis passes through the elevator portion and the camera module. The camera module can be user-detachable from the elevator portion. The camera module can be cleaned and sanitized for reuse and the insertion section can be disposable.

    Abstract: A tissue removal device, and methods of using the same, are described. An exemplary detachable, handheld tissue removal device comprises a hand piece and a blade assembly removably attachable to the hand piece. The blade assembly includes a rotatable resection member driven to rotate and surgically remove tissue from a target tissue site, and a coupling assembly including a locking member to detachably couple the blade assembly to the hand piece and operatively enable or disable the rotation of the blade assembly relative to the hand piece. The rotation of the blade assembly causes a change in rotating angle of the blade assembly. The coupling assembly can secure the rotating angle of the blade assembly during the tissue resection procedure.

    Abstract: An endoscope may include an expandable and collapsible working channel, a flexible endoscope body, and an optical sensor located at a distal tip of the endoscope body. The optical sensor can provide a distal field of view from the distal tip. In the collapsed configuration, the working channel can be collapsed such that a channel wall is in a first position relative to the endoscope body and the working channel defines a first cross-sectional area. In the expanded configuration, the channel wall is displaced relative to the first position and the working channel defines a second cross-sectional area that is larger than the first cross-sectional area.
