    Abstract: Provided is an endoscope system capable of easily re-searching for a detected region of interest, and an operation method for the endoscope system. An endoscope system 10 includes an endoscopic image acquisition unit 54, a region-of-interest detecting unit 80, a position information acquisition unit 81, and a display unit 18. The endoscopic image acquisition unit 54 acquires an endoscopic image acquired by capturing an image of a lumen with an endoscope 12. The region-of-interest detecting unit 80 detects a region of interest in the lumen by using the endoscopic image. The position information acquisition unit 81 acquires position information of the region of interest detected by the region-of-interest detecting unit 80. The display unit 18 displays the position information of the region of interest.

    Abstract: There are provided a medical image processing apparatus, a medical image processing system, a medical image processing method, and a program that allow an observer to grasp a region that contributes to classification in automatic classification of a medical image. A medical image processing apparatus includes an image acquisition unit (40) that acquires a captured image (38) generated through imaging of a living body; a classification unit (48) that classifies the captured image into two or more classes; an image generation unit (50) that generates a region image depicting a location of a region that contributes to classification performed using the classification unit in the captured image subjected to the classification performed using the classification unit; and a display signal transmission unit (44) that transmits, to a display device, a display signal representing the captured image, a classification result derived using the classification unit, and the region image.     The problem is solved through a filing device including an acquisition unit that acquires at least one still image and at least one motion image, a still image analysis unit that analyzes a pixel value of the still image and extracts still image information, a motion image analysis unit that analyzes a pixel value of the motion image and extracts motion image information, and an associating unit that associates the still image with the motion image by comparing the still image information with the motion image information.
