Abstract:
A parameter-sharing apparatus includes a memory allocation unit for managing allocation of a memory area, in which a parameter is to be stored, to a memory box, and updating a mapping table stored in the memory box based on allocation management of the memory area, and an operation processing unit for providing the memory allocation unit with parameter information required for the allocation management of the memory area in which the parameter is to be stored and sharing the parameter stored in the memory box.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a SATA host bus adapter using a optical signal and a method for connecting SATA storage using the optical signal. The SATA host bus adapter includes: a first conversion unit for converting a PCI-Express signal, transmitted from a host computer, into a data signal, using a protocol defined in a bus; a optical signal conversion unit for converting the data signal into a optical signal and for transmitting the optical signal to a optical signal reception unit; and a second conversion unit for converting the optical signal, received by the optical signal reception unit, into the data signal, for converting the data signal into a SATA signal, using the protocol, and for transmitting the SATA signal to the SATA storage.
Abstract:
An apparatus is used for modulation classification of unknown input signal in a wireless communication system. The apparatus includes a signal classification unit configured to classify the input signal into a PSK signal and an FSK signal and a modulation index decision unit configured to decide a modulation index for the PSK signal and the FSK signal classified by the signal classification unit.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a deskew apparatus and method for Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) Express for compensating for a skew. The deskew apparatus includes a lane data input unit, a lane data alignment unit, and a lane data detection unit. The lane data input unit receives 18-bit data from each of lanes of the PCI Express. The lane data alignment unit aligns the 18-bit data using a COM symbol. The lane data detection unit detects a change in a state of alignment of the 18-bit data attributable to deletion or addition of an SKP symbol when the 18-bit data is aligned, and to perform synchronization between the lanes.
