The present invention is directed to providing a total periodic de-identification management apparatus capable of setting de-identification and degrees of adequacy of non-identified data as unit components, providing work flow information so that an operator can select desired unit components, and performing de-identification to correspond to total periodic work flow parsing information including the combination of the unit components selected by the operator.

Disclosed are a cloud server for processing electroencephalography information, and an apparatus for processing electroencephalography information which measures, transmits, or processes electroencephalography information based on the cloud server. The cloud server includes: a communication unit communicatively connected with a wireless network to receive electroencephalography information of a user; and a electroencephalography information processing unit configured to analyze a mental state of the user from the received electroencephalography information, and provide a command or information corresponding to a result of the analysis as a processing result, in which the processing result is provided to the user or another user through the wireless network.

An apparatus for bonding a broadcast channel, including an encoder to output at least one broadcasting program in a form of a transport stream (TS) packet by encoding the at least one broadcasting program, a multiplexer to multiplex the TS packets by mixing the TS packets with signaling information, and a transmitter to transmit the multiplexed TS packet by distributing the multiplexed TS packet via bonded channels, and the transmitter transmits control packets to control the TS packets along with the TS packets through the bonded channels via which the TS packets is transmitted is provided.
