Abstract: A method and an apparatus for constituting a feedback signal for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) are provided. Arbitrary two feedback states of feedback states which may occur for two frames may be integrally processed into one state. In addition, the feedback signal including information indicating the feedback state determined for the two frames is constituted and transmitted.
