    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a power conversion system and a control method, the control method includes: providing a power conversion module which includes a damping circuit and a first capacitor connected in series, and a controller, wherein the damping circuit includes a first inductor, a first switch, a second switch, and a second capacitor; obtaining a first current reference value according to an input voltage of the power conversion module, a voltage of the second capacitor, and a voltage reference value; obtaining a second current reference value according to the input voltage of the power conversion module and a current signal related to an input current; and outputting a driving signal according to an inductor current flowing through the first inductor and an inductor current reference value, wherein the current reference value is obtained according to the first current reference value and the second current reference value.

    Abstract: The present disclose provides a magnetic assembly and a power module. In one aspect, the magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core having a first magnetic leg and a second magnetic leg spatially separated from the first magnetic leg to define a spatial channel therebetween, and a winding assembly comprising a first winding, a second winding, and a third winding. The first and second windings are wound around the first magnetic leg with at least a part of the first and second windings being accommodated within the spatial channel.     Abstract: The invention discloses a converter adaptable to a wide range output voltage and a control method thereof. The converter comprises a PWM half-bridge circuit. The control method comprises the steps of: controlling the PWM half-bridge circuit to enter into a discontinuous conduction mode by regulating a switching frequency; when the PWM half-bridge circuit is operated in the discontinuous conduction mode, oscillation occurs among the output inductor, a magnetizing inductor of the transformer and a parasitic capacitor of the PWM half-bridge circuit, and when a center point voltage of the primary switching bridge arm reaches a valley or a peak, turning on the corresponding power switch. The invention reduces switching loss by controlling the corresponding power switch in the PWM half-bridge circuit to turn on when a voltage across the power switch is oscillated to valley.

    Abstract: A magnetic component includes two covers, two magnetic columns between the two covers, a winding frame and windings. The windings are arranged around the extension parts, each of the windings includes a winding wire and at least one lead terminal at an end of the winding wire. The winding wire of the winding is a flat wire, and a winding mode of the flat wire around the extension part is a vertical winding; the at least one lead terminal is limited by the limiting part.

    Abstract: A power conversion apparatus is provided, which comprises a housing, a main board, a first electromagnetic filtering board, a second electromagnetic filtering board, a signal board, a capacitor board, and a heat-dissipation module. When the main board approaches the housing to clamp the power device in the accommodating space between the elastic clamp and the thermal conductive insulating sheet, the power device is pressed against by the elastic clamp and thus adhered to the thermal conductive insulating sheet, so that the power device is thermally coupled to the heat-dissipation wall and the coolant runner via the thermal conductive insulating sheet.
