A memory system includes a flash memory device and an interface device. The flash memory device includes a one-time programmable block where protection data information is stored in a predetermined region, and the interface device includes a register for storing one-time programmable lock status information to indicate whether the one-time programmable block is programmed. When a program/erase command is applied externally in a one-time programmable mode, the interface device having the one-time programmable lock status information indicates whether the one-time programmable block is programmed. If the one-time programmable lock status information indicates that the one-time programmable block is programmed, the interface device cuts off an external access to the one-time programmable block.

Provided is a 3-way switch for a gas-insulated apparatus, including a pressure container having a space part therein, the pressure container including a first connecting part in an upper portion of the space part and a second connecting part in a side portion of the space part such that the second connecting part is perpendicular to the first connecting part, a support conductor provided in the space part, the support conductor having a first guide hole defined in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the first connecting part and a second guide hole defined in a direction parallel to the direction of the second connecting part, a disconnecting switch (DS) operating part slidably coupled to the first guide hole, the DS operating part being connected to or separated from the first connecting part by means of an insertion or extrusion thereof, an earthing switch (ES) operating part slidably coupled to the second guide hole such that the ES operating part is perpendicular to the disconnecting switch operating part, the ES operating part being connected to or separated from the second connecting part through an insertion or protrusion thereof, and a main lever, one end of which is rotatably coupled to the support conductor and the other end of which is eccentrically rotated and rotatably connected to the DS operating part and the ES operating part so as to linearly slide the DS operating part and the ES operating part into neutral positions.

Disclosed are indole derivatives, a preparation method thereof, and a composition for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases, containing the same as an active ingredient. The indole derivatives have inhibitory activity against DGAT (diacylglycerol acyltransferase), which causes metabolic diseases such as obesity and diabetes in the process of lipid metabolism. With the ability to effectively control lipid metabolism and energy metabolism, the composition is thus useful in the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases, such as obesity and diabetes.

A non-volatile memory device comprises a memory cell array having a plurality of non-volatile memory cells arranged in rows and columns. Selected memory cells are programmed by applying program voltages thereto. Next, data bits stored in the selected cells are read. Then, a first column scan operation is performed to determine whether any of the selected memory cells is inadequately programmed. Upon determining that at least one of the selected memory cells is inadequately programmed, a second column scan operation is performed to detect a total number of the selected memory cells that are inadequately programmed. Upon determining that the total number of the selected memory cells that are inadequately programmed is less than a number that can be corrected by an error correcting circuit, the program operation terminates with a program pass status.
