    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a separator assembly and a battery module, wherein the separator assembly comprises: a separator body, having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other in a thickness direction of the separator body; electrical connecting plates, connected to the second surface of the separator body, wherein two or more electrical connecting plates are spaced apart from each other in a length direction of the separator body, and a through slot is provided on the separator body between two adjacent electrical connecting plates, extending from the first surface to the second surface in the thickness direction; and an output electrode plate mount, being connected to the second surface of the separator body as a cantilever.

    Abstract: The present application provides a battery module, a battery pack and a vehicle, the battery module includes a battery and a frame assembly. The frame assembly includes two first splints, two second splints and a first strap. Each first splint includes a plurality of first connecting plates, and the plurality of first connecting plates are arranged side by side in a second direction. One of two adjacent first connecting plates is provided with a first positioning groove, and the other is provided with a first positioning protrusion, and the two adjacent first connecting plates are spliced and connected through a clearance fitting between the first positioning groove and the corresponding first positioning protrusion. This assembly method is simple and fast, which improves a grouping efficiency of the battery module.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, including: a plurality of batteries that is stacked; an end plate disposed at an end of the plurality of batteries in a direction, along which the plurality of batteries are stacked; an electric insulation component disposed between the end plate and a battery of the plurality of batteries adjacent to the end plate, the electric insulation component comprising at least one mounting portion; and at least one heat insulation component disposed below the end plate and connected to a bottom of the end plate.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, comprising: a plurality of batteries stacked in a length direction L of the battery module; and an end plate located at an end of the plurality of batteries in the length direction L. The end plate is provided with at least one end plate mounting hole, and each of the at least one end plate mounting holes extends along a height direction H of the battery module. The end plate includes an inner wall and an external wall that are disposed opposite to each other in the length direction L, and an axis of each of the at least one end plate mounting holes includes a first distance L1 from the inner wall and a second distance L2 from the external wall. The first distance L1 is greater than the second distance L2.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module. The battery module includes at least two battery units arranged in a stack. Each of at least two battery units includes: a support; at least one pouch-type battery; and a thermal-dissipation protection case. The thermal-dissipation protection case is connected to the support to form an accommodating space, and the at least one pouch-type battery is accommodated in the accommodating space. At least one of the at least two battery units includes an exposure area exposing the at least one pouch-type battery, and the thermal-dissipation protection case of a battery unit adjacent to the at least one of the at least two battery units is in contact with the at least one pouch-type battery through the exposure area.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module comprising: a plurality of single cells arranged in sequence; a sampling circuit board disposed opposite to a top of the single cells and provided with a conductive hole and a conductive sleeve disposed in the conductive hole; and a busbar having a connecting plate and a conductive post extending from the connecting plate, and the connecting plate being connected to the single cells, wherein the busbar is electrically connected to the sampling circuit board by insertion of the conductive post into the conductive sleeve. The battery module according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a busbar and a sampling circuit board electrically connected with each other, which have a stable and reliable connection and a high impact resistance ability, thereby improving an operational reliability and safety of the battery module.
