Abstract: An array substrate, a display device and a driving method thereof are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate, which includes a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region; and a first thin film transistor, a second thin film transistor, a data line, a first electrode and a second electrode, which are disposed on the base substrate and located in the display region. The first thin film transistor includes a first source electrode and a first drain electrode; the second thin film transistor includes a second source electrode and a second drain electrode; the first source electrode and the second source electrode are respectively connected with the data line, the first drain electrode is connected with the first electrode, the second drain electrode is connected with the second electrode.
