Abstract: The present disclosure provides a light-emitting diode, including a first electrode, a light-emitting functional layer and a second electrode which are stacked, the first electrode is a transparent electrode, the second electrode includes a metal electrode layer and a semiconductor auxiliary layer, the metal electrode layer is attached to the light-emitting functional layer, the semiconductor auxiliary layer is located on a surface of the metal electrode layer away from the light-emitting functional layer. The metal electrode layer is made of a magnesium-silver alloy, a thickness of the metal electrode layer is between 3 nm and 5 nm, and the semiconductor auxiliary layer is made of IZO, a thickness of the semiconductor auxiliary layer is between 100 nm and 130 nm. The present disclosure further provides a light emitting device and a method of manufacturing a light emitting diode. The light-emitting diode has high color rendering index and low power consumption.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a light-emitting substrate, a display panel and a display device. The light-emitting substrate includes a plurality of light-emitting devices arranged in an array, each light-emitting device includes: a first electrode; a first light-emitting layer on the first electrode; a second light-emitting layer on the first light-emitting layer; a third light-emitting layer on the second light-emitting layer; a fourth light-emitting layer on the third light-emitting layer; and a second electrode on the fourth light-emitting layer. Three light-emitting layers of the first light-emitting layer, the second light-emitting layer, the third light-emitting layer, and the fourth light-emitting layer emit light of a first wavelength, and a remaining light-emitting layer of the first light-emitting layer, the second light-emitting layer, the third light-emitting layer, and the fourth light-emitting layer emits light of a second wavelength, and the first wavelength is smaller than the second wavelength.

Abstract: An array substrate includes a base substrate, a pixel definition layer, a light-emitting layer, and a plurality of auxiliary electrodes. A pixel definition layer is formed on the base substrate, and includes patterned retaining walls and a plurality of openings defined by the retaining walls. A surface of each of the retaining walls facing away from the base substrate is provided with a first groove. A light-emitting layer is formed on the retaining wall and in the plurality of openings. The light-emitting layer conformally covers respective first grooves of the retaining walls to form respective second grooves. Each of the plurality of auxiliary electrodes is formed in a respective one of the second grooves.
