    摘要: The collimating optical element includes a light incident surface and a light emission curved surface. The light incident surface receives a light emitted by a light source. The light emission curved surface and a first plane are intersected to form a first curve. The first curve has a plurality of first curve segments, and each first curve segment includes at least three first tangent points. After passing each first tangent point along a connecting line of the light source and each first tangent point, the light exits along a first collimation axis, and an included angle formed between the first collimation axis and an optic axis is greater than −15° and smaller than 15°. Thus, the light after passing the collimating optical element forms a one-dimensional collimating light.

The flexible light guide has at least one light emitting surface and at least one light incident surface. Moreover, micro-structures are located on at least one surface of the flexible light guide except the light incident surface. When the light of the light source is incident into the flexible light guide, the total reflection would be destroyed due to the micro-structures, and thus the light could emit out of the flexible light guide from the light emitting surface.

    摘要: A light guide lens includes a lens body having a light incidence surface and a light emission surface, a plurality of refraction structures formed on the light incidence surface, and a plurality of reflection structures formed on the light emission surface. The refraction structures send incoming light rays to the light emission surface by refraction. Each of the refraction structures turns incoming light rays coming in all directions into refracted parallel light rays. The refracted parallel light rays arriving from the refraction structures reflect off the corresponding reflection structures and then laterally exit the lens body. The refracted parallel light rays arriving from each of the refraction structures travel to a corresponding one of the reflection structures, such that eventually the incoming light rays exit laterally. The present invention further provides a light emitting diode package structure having the light guide lens.

The direct backlight module of the invention is capable of enhancing luminous efficiency, and further, it has a comparatively simple structure so that the manufacturing cost of the optical film can be reduced.
