    摘要: In the supply of a power-assisted steering and an additional hydraulic system with fluid the power-assisted steering has priority so that when the steering is actuated the influx of fluid to the hydraulic system is correspondingly throttled by a priority valve. When a leak occurs in the hydraulic system, the influx of fluid to the hydraulic system is completely shut off when the oil level in the reservoir drops to a lower limit value. The closure of the priority valve is effected by a switch valve which is disposed in one of the control pressure lines of the priority valve and which is rendered currentless on response of the sensor for the fluid level.

    摘要: A device for the positioning of an adjustment element dependent upon a desired level and the actual level, particularly for the adjustment of a hoist gear train of a tractor, a combine or the like, has an operating circuit 10, which has a multi-way valve 3 pressure-operated in two directions, and a control circuit 29 for the operation of the multi-way valve, connected to a pressure source 19, which is connected to two control devices 11, 12 of the multi-way valve. Circuit 29 has two adjustable series-connected throttles 22, 24, connected to one of the two control devices. The first throttle 24 is also connected to a tank 7 and the second throttle 22 is also connected to pressure source 19. Both throttles have the same maximum flow-through cross section, and are adjustable in the same manner. Third and fourth throttles 27, 28 are provided, one being between the pressure source and control device 11, and the other between the control device and tank 7. The third and fourth throttles 27, 28 are each adjustable throttles, so that both control devices of the multi-way valve can be influenced as desired. The throttles are mounted in series and have the same flow-through cross section and are adjustable in the same manner. The maximum flow-through cross section of the third and fourth throttles is selected in the same manner as the flow-through cross section of the first and second throttles.

    摘要: A hydraulic control device according to the invention is of load-sensing design and serves to actuate a first hydraulic load and a second hydraulic load. Also provided are a first control valve for actuating the first hydraulic load and a second control valve for actuating the second hydraulic load. A first load signal can be measured on the basis of a load pressure with which the first hydraulic load is acted on, and a second load signal can be measured on the basis of a load pressure with which the second hydraulic load is acted on. Pressure medium from a pressure medium source can be supplied in parallel to the first control valve and to the second control valve. A load signal path can, in order to actuate an adjusting element which is assigned to the pressure medium source, be acted on with a highest presently measured load signal. A limiting device allows the second load signal to be limited to a predefined signal limit value. A switching means can be actuated by means of the second load signal such that, at the latest when the second load signal reaches the signal limit value, the signal conveyed on the load signal path is limited by the limiting device.

    摘要: What is disclosed is a hydraulic control system for controlling a hydraulic consumer actuating a working tool of a mobile equipment that is provided with oscillation damping means for attenuating oscillations during braking of the working tool. In accordance with the invention, the oscillation damping means comprise two pilot-controlled shut-off valves arranged in opposite directions, that are positioned in a connecting line between a pressure medium supply and a pressure medium drain. The shut-off valves are subjected to the pressure in the drain and in the delivery, respectively, in the opening direction, and also to this pressure and to the force of a spring in the closing direction. Following a predetermined initial stroke of a regulator of the control system, the pressure acting on the drain-side shut-off valve in the closing direction may be reduced, so that the latter is opened by the pressure in the drain, and the connecting line between delivery and return is opened.

    摘要: A hydraulic distributor that has a regulating balance including a housing hollowed in the distributor body and containing coaxially a fixed central core. A tubular plunger is interposed sliding freely, coaxially, between the core and the housing and co-operates with a lateral orifice connected to a working orifice. The core and the plunger define between them an annular chamber. The plunger has a first radial annular surface subjected to the highest charge pressure (LS) and a second annular surface subjected to the pressure of the intake fluid. A central passage in the core constitutes a first orifice emerging at one end of the housing exposed to the highest charge pressure (LS). A second orifice emerges in the annular chamber and a third orifice is located opposite the other end of the housing and remains closed by the plunger as long as the charge pressure of the distributor is below the highest charge pressure (LS).

A selection device (4) with four selectors (5) in a bridge is connected to the manipulator, and the outputs are connected to four motors for reverse-left, forward-left and reverse-right and forward-right control of the running components of the vehicle. A slide valve (7) with two positions, respectively one with direct connections and one with crossed connections, is inserted into the two feed lines of the motors (6 AVG, 6 AVD or respectively 6 ARG, 6 ARD). A control input (10) of the slide valve is connected to the FORWARD and REVERSE outputs of the manipulator, by virtue of which the control of the vehicle remains fully ergonomic, including for a rotation of the vehicle about a central vertical axis.
