    摘要: A liquid ejection device for a vehicle washing system includes a reservoir volume, a first supply line coupled upstream to the reservoir for supplying a first liquid with a first supply rate and a second supply line coupled upstream to the reservoir for supplying a second liquid with a second supply rate. The device further comprises a removal line coupled downstream to the reservoir with a blocking device for blocking liquid flow through the removal line, and a detection unit for detecting liquid volume in the reservoir and a mixing ratio of the liquids introduced into the reservoir; and a removal device for ejecting the liquid found in the reservoir through an ejection element coupled to the removal line. In addition, the device comprises a control unit which is coupled to the detection unit and the removal device and is set up to start an ejection process by the removal device upon reaching a predetermined liquid volume and a predetermined mixing ratio.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for treating a plastic molded article. The apparatus includes a treatment chamber that can be closed and temperature-controlled. A vapor generating unit generates vapor of a treatment liquid. A fluid connection between the treatment chamber and the vapor generating unit feeds vapor to the treatment chamber and returns condensate back to the treatment chamber. A pressure equalizing device transfers waste air at atmospheric pressure and equalizes pressure with the atmospheric pressure during treatment. The pressure equalizing device retains vapor and prevents vapor from escaping into the atmosphere. A vapor phase is generated by heating a treatment liquid to its boiling point. The treatment liquid includes a solvent that dissolves or solubilizes the plastic. The article is exposed to the vapor phase for a predetermined time and removed from the vapor phase. Residual treatment liquid present on the article is removed.

If the determined confidence measure is greater than or equal to a confidence threshold value, a treatment of the wheels is carried out in a first mode at the positions associated with the position data, and, if the determined confidence measure is smaller than the confidence threshold value, a treatment of the wheels is not carried out, or is carried out in a second mode at the positions associated with the position data.

    摘要: A method for treating the surface of a vehicle by means of at least one rotating treatment brush. The treatment brush comprises treatment elements, the surfaces of which are brought into frictional contact with the vehicle surface during the treatment. According to the method, a reference measurement is carried out, in which the treatment brush is set in rotation and is moved into a defined position relative to a reference element, such that the surfaces of the handling elements are brought into frictional contact with the surface of the reference element, and in this case the value of the frictional force is measured directly or indirectly. During the treatment of the vehicle surface, the treatment brush is controlled as a function of the value of the frictional force measured during the reference measurement. A system for treating the surface of a vehicle by means of which this method can be carried out.
