    摘要: A bicycle shift control device includes a first member; a second member rotatably mounted relative to the first member for rotation in first and second directions; a third member rotatably mounted relative to the first member for controlling the pulling and releasing of a transmission control element; and a fourth member disposed between the second member and the third member. If desired, the first member may be structured to immovably fix the shifting device relative to the bicycle handlebar, and the fourth member may function as a takeup element for pulling and releasing a control cable. The fourth member rotates around the first axis integrally with the third member. The fourth member also moves in the direction of the first axis between an engagement position in which the fourth member engages the first member and a disengagement position in which the fourth member is disengaged from the first member. The second member includes a drive surface for driving the fourth member in a third direction (which may be the same as the first direction) when the second member rotates in the first direction. The fourth member includes first and second cam surfaces, wherein the first cam surface causes the fourth member to move in the direction of the first axis toward the disengagement position during rotation of the fourth member in the third direction, and wherein the second cam surface causes the fourth member to move in the direction of the first axis toward the disengagement position during rotation of the second member in the second direction. The fourth member also includes a positioning surface for preventing the fourth member from rotating around the first axis when the fourth member is in the engagement position.

    摘要: A bicycle antitheft device includes an antitheft mechanism switchable between an antitheft state and a release state, wherein the antitheft mechanism includes a first member that moves relative to a second member to move the bicycle forward and backward. A movement controlling mechanism hinders the first member from moving relative to the second member when the antitheft mechanism is in the antitheft state, and a selection mechanism is provided for selecting one of the antitheft state and the release state. Alternatively, the antitheft mechanism may include a sound generator for generating a sound when the first member moves relative to the second member and the antitheft mechanism is in the antitheft state. The movement controlling mechanism and the sound generator may be combined into a single antitheft mechanism. The movement controlling mechanism and/or sound generator may be installed inside of an internal transmission such as a hub or crank transmission, or they could be installed inside a handlebar control for the transmission.

    摘要: A shifting unit for a bicycle is basically provided with a mounting member, a first shifting lever, a first biasing member, a second shifting lever, a second biasing member and release mechanism. Many of the parts of the shifting unit are constructed by pressing a metal sheet material. The first shifting lever is pivotally coupled to the mounting member between at least first, second and third shift positions, with the second shift position being located between the first and third shift positions. The first biasing member applies a biasing force that urges the first shifting lever from the second and third shift positions towards the first shift position. The second shifting lever is pivotally coupled to the mounting member between a set position and a release position. The second biasing member applies a biasing force that urges the second shifting lever from the release position to the set position. The release mechanism is operatively coupled between the first and second shifting levers to hold the first shifting lever in one of the first, second and third shift positions against the first biasing force of the first biasing member. The release mechanism is moved to selectively release one of the second and third locking portions from the first shifting lever upon rotation of the second shifting lever from the set position to the release position such that the first shifting lever moves one only position.
