摘要： A biaxially oriented film which is made substantially of (1) a polyethylene naphthalate copolymer comprising an ethylene naphthalate unit in an amount of 92 to 99.5 mol % based on all recurring units and at least one copolymer component selected from the group consisting of (a) a glycol having a fluorene skeleton in the molecule, (b) p-hydroxymethylbenzoic acid, (c) p-hydroxyethoxybenzoic acid and (d) p-hydroxyethoxyethoxybenzoic acid in an amount of 0.5 to 8 mol % based on the total of all dicarboxylic acid components, and which has (2) Young's moduli in both longitudinal and transverse directions of 500 kg/mm.sup.2 or more and (3) a delamination resistance of 10% or less in terms of fold line whitening ratio. Since this biaxially oriented film of the present invention is excellent in delamination resistance, curling resistance, mechanical strength, color and transparency, it is of great value as a base film for a photo film.

摘要： An automobile weather strip having a main body made of a sulfur-vulcanizable ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) type compound and having a portion designed to be in contact with a sealer when the weather strip is mounted to an automobile. A sealer underlying layer is included that will be in contact with the sealer with that layer comprised of a bondability improving EPDM type compound and coextruded together with the main body. The bondability improving EPDM type compound is based on a blended polymer having a blending ratio: ______________________________________ EPDM type polymer 60-96 wt % NBR type polymer 2-30 wt % hydrogenated SBR type polymer 2-30 wt %. ______________________________________ A practical bondability can be ensured between the weather strip and the sealer with no pretreatment, such as by buff fabrication, to a portion of the weather strip to be abutted to or in contact with the sealer.

摘要： A grommet for housing electrical wires constructed in accordance with the teachings of the present disclosure includes a mounting structure, a tube, and a plurality of stiffeners. The mounting structure is configured to mount to a panel of a vehicle, the mounting structure defining a first passage extending therethrough. The tube extends from the mounting structure and defines a second passage in communication with the first passage. The tube includes a corrugated portion having a plurality of ridges and a plurality of grooves interposed between the plurality of ridges. The stiffeners are interposed between those of the plurality of ridges that are disposed within a zone of the corrugated portion. The stiffeners extend partially around a circumference of the tube.

A semiconductor element having a heat generating unit is mounted on the first surface, and the second surface is supported on a supporting member having a thermal conductivity. Each anisotropic heat conducting member has a sheet shape intersecting with the first and second surfaces, and orientates a direction of higher thermal conductivity than the thermal conductivity of the base plate in a direction from the first surface toward the second surface.

A back ring (BR) is received in the circumferential groove (12) together with the seal ring (SR). The diameter-expanded sections (10, 11) of the metal tube (1) are formed by bulging or spool shape-forming process.

摘要： In a structure of interconnection fitting of division protectors fittingly interconnected to form a harness protector, the division protectors have interconnection fitting portions at their end portions. Retaining projections are formed at one of the interconnection fitting portions which are to be fittingly interconnected, and elastic retaining arms are formed at the other interconnection fitting portion. The elastic retaining arm is so formed as to produce an urging force outwardly in a widthwise direction which is generally perpendicular to a fitting/disconnecting direction and also to a longitudinal direction. Elastic deformation limitation walls for limiting elastic deformation of the elastic retaining arm are formed near respectively to the retaining projection and the elastic retaining arm so as to abut against each other upon movement in a predetermined amount in the widthwise direction.
