摘要: A sampling apparatus 1 samples a culture medium in a bioreactor 11. A pump 21 circulates the culture medium in the bioreactor 11 via a flow path 41 by leading out the culture medium from the bioreactor 11 into the flow path 41 and introducing the culture medium from the flow path 41 into the bioreactor 11. A valve 22 is provided in the middle of the flow path 41, and switches a flow path such that the culture medium circulated in the flow path 41 flows out to a branch flow path 42 to be sampled.

摘要: The present invention aims at establishing a molecular therapy for Alport syndrome. The present invention provides an oligonucleotide of 15-30 bp comprising a nucleotide sequence complementary to the cDNA of COL4A5 gene, wherein the oligonucleotide is capable of inducing skipping of an exon which has a truncating mutation found in COL4A5 gene in Alport syndrome patients and whose nucleotide number is a multiple of 3, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof. Also provided is a pharmaceutical drug comprising the above oligonucleotide, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof (therapeutic drug for Alport syndrome).

摘要: The present invention provides a method of modifying a targeted site of a double stranded DNA of a monocot cell, comprising a step of contacting a complex wherein a nucleic acid sequence-recognizing module that specifically binds to a target nucleotide sequence in the given double stranded DNA and a nucleic acid base converting enzyme are bonded, with said double stranded DNA, to convert one or more nucleotides in the targeted site to other one or more nucleotides or delete one or more nucleotides, or insert one or more nucleotides into said targeted site, without cleaving at least one strand of said double stranded DNA in the targeted site, wherein the double stranded DNA is contacted with the complex by introducing a nucleic acid encoding the complex into the monocot cell. Furthermore, also provided is a complex used for the method, wherein a nucleic acid sequence-recognizing module that specifically binds to a target nucleotide sequence in a double stranded DNA of a monocot cell and a nucleic acid base converting enzyme are bonded.

摘要: The present invention provides a polymer replica of a target molecule, the polymer replica being capable of accurately inheriting surface information possessed by the target molecule in a molecular imprinting technique. A polymer replica of a target substance, the target substance having multiple types of binding groups including at least a binding group BG1 and a binding group BG2 on the surface, wherein: the polymer replica is configured from a second molecularly imprinted polymer having, as a template, a first molecularly imprinted polymer having the target substance as a template; the polymer replica has on the surface thereof at least a binding group bg1 at a position corresponding to the position of binding group BG1 and a binding group bg2 at a position corresponding to the position of the binding group BG2 on the surface of the target substance; and the polymer replica of the target substance can be used as a template during synthesis of a molecularly imprinted polymer having a specific recognition site for the target substance because the polymer replica accurately inherits the surface information possessed by the target molecule.

摘要: A stirring device 11 includes a stirring mechanism 7 and a control unit 15. The stirring mechanism 7 includes a motor 74 and a pedestal portion 77. In the stirring device 11, the motor 74 repeats forward rotation and reverse rotation alternately under the control of the control unit 15. Then, the pedestal portion 77 repeats turning in one direction and turning in the other direction alternately. As a result, the test tube S repeats the movement in one direction and the movement in the other direction alternately, and the vortex rotating in one direction and the vortex rotating in the other direction are alternately generated in the mixed solution in the test tube S. Then, the mixed solution in the test tube S is stirred to be rotated, and is stirred to be moved in the vertical direction. Therefore, the mixed solution in the test tube S can be efficiently stirred. As a result, the time required for stirring the mixed solution in the test tube S can be shortened.
