    摘要: Improvements of a process for producing a non-directional electrical steel sheet free from ridging, which comprises making a molten steel into slabs by continuous casting, hot rolling the slab, cold rolling the hot rolled product into a final thickness by a single step, and subjecting the cold rolled product to decarburization annealing, said molten steel consisting essentially of not more than 0.02% C, 1.5 to 4.0% Si, not more than 1.0% Al, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, said hot rolling being done at a temperature in a range of from 900.degree. to 1100.degree. C. before a finishing rolling of the hot rolling, said improvements comprising stirring electromagnetically unsolidified molten steel in a zone where the molten steel is at a temperature not higher than the liquidus line and remains in thickness not less than 50% to whole cast thickness, so as to allow not less than 50% of the slab central zone corresponding to a central zone of the hot rolled product which does not recrystallize during the hot rolling to transit into an equi-axed structure.

The base frame has an upper frame section supporting a headrest, and two side frame sections extending in an upward-downward direction on laterally opposite sides of the upper frame section. The movable frame has a back-receiving section located between the side frame sections, and two side support sections on laterally opposite sides of the back-receiving section to project forward from the side frame sections. Front ends of the side support sections are disposed to stop a rear surface of the pad that receives a rearward load from a back of an occupant.

    摘要: A vehicle seat has a back frame, an elastic member interconnecting side supports of the back frame, a movable member on the elastic member, and a restriction on the back frame. The movable member and the restriction engage each other in a first mode when a rearward load on the elastic member is less than a given value and are released from one another in a second mode when the load on the elastic member equals or exceeds the given value. The restriction restricts a rearward movement of the movable member in the first mode to limit rearward bending of the elastic member. Rearward movement of the movable member is permitted in the second mode to release the limitation on bending of the elastic member. Thus, the vehicle seat protects an occupant's neck during a rear collision.

A front hitting segment is in a front portion of the side frame spaced from a front catch in the front bracket, and a rear hitting segment is in a rear portion of the side frame spaced from a rear catch in the rear bracket. The front hitting segment is stopped by the front catch when the side frame is displaced frontward along with a deformation of the front and rear links due to forces during a frontal collision. The rear hitting segment is stopped by the rear catch when the side frame is displaced rearward along with a deformation of the front and rear links due to forces during a rear collision.
