The device comprises a lateral actuator system that is secured to the body, the system including an actuator element that co-operates with the fastener ring, the actuator element being movable, substantially transversally to the direction of movement of the movable member, between a rest position in which the dispenser member is not actuated, and an actuated position in which the dispenser member is actuated. The fastener ring includes a top radial flange that extends radially outwards. The actuator element includes at least one radial projection having a top edge that comes into contact with a bottom edge of the radial flange during actuation.
