摘要: In order to manufacture an ink-jet head, a head body and a reservoir unit are formed first. Then, UV-cured resin is applied on the lower surface of the reservoir unit. Then, the head body is placed on a plane of a jig so that the plane abuts against the ink discharge surface. Then, the reservoir unit is positioned with respect to the head body and the jig so that an ink reservoir of the reservoir unit and ink flow channels of a flow channel unit are brought into communication and the both ends in the longitudinal direction of a reservoir base plate and the upper surfaces of walls oppose to each other, and the reservoir unit is laminated on upper surface of the flow channel unit via the UV-cured resin. Subsequently, the UV-cured resin is cured in a state in which the lower surface of the reservoir base plate abuts against the upper surfaces of the walls.

摘要: An ink-jet recording apparatus comprises a first roller, a second roller, a looped conveyor belt, a conveyance face formed on the conveyor belt to convey a record medium, an ink-jet head, and a roller supporter. The conveyor belt is wrapped around the first and second rollers to be stretched between the first and second rollers. The ink-jet head has an ink ejection face on which nozzles each of which ejects ink are formed. The roller supporter supports the first roller so that the first roller can be swung between a conveyance position where the conveyance face is opposed to the ink ejection face in a state wherein the conveyance face is parallel to the ink ejection face, and a withdrawal position where the conveyance face is distant from the ink ejection face by a distance larger than the distance between the conveyance face and the ink ejection face when the first roller is at the conveyance position, with a swing radius shorter than the distance between the axes of the first and second rollers when the first roller is at the conveyance position.

摘要: There is disclosed a recording apparatus including: feeder rollers including a drive roller; an endless feeder belt wound around the feeder rollers to be circulated around the feeder rollers by operation of the drive roller such that a path of circulation of the feeder belt includes a feeder-belt straight travel zone at which the feeder belt travels straight, the feeder belt feeding a recording medium; a plurality of detection rollers; an endless detection belt formed separately from the feeder belt and wound around the detection rollers such that the detection belt is circulated with the feeder belt by contacting the circulated feeder belt at at least a part of the feeder-belt straight travel zone which part constitutes an overlapping zone, the detection belt having detection marks arranged at constant intervals along an extending direction of the detection belt; at least one pair of nip rollers, each pair cooperating with each other to nip the feeder and detection belts together, at at least a part of the overlapping zone; a detecting device detecting the marks; and a recording portion recording an image on the recording medium as fed by the feeder belt, according to a result of the detection by the detecting device.

摘要: Rollers between which an endless belt is wound have a pair of first grooves looping around a rotational axis of each roller. A pair of second grooves is formed in an upper face of a support plate that supports an inner face of the endless belt, these second grooves extending along an entire length of the support plate in a feeding direction of the printing sheet. Each of the first grooves and the second grooves are disposed so as to be in the same straight line. First ink absorbers are provided that absorb ink within the first grooves. Second ink absorbers are provided that absorb ink within the second grooves. Protruding rails are formed on the inner face of the endless belt and fit into the first grooves and the second grooves. These first and second grooves prevent feeding accuracy of printing sheets from deteriorating.

摘要: An inkjet recording apparatus is provided with an inkjet head having nozzles. The ink is ejected from the nozzles to recording medium.
