The present invention relates to a lithium-ion battery element which is chosen from the separator and the electroactive layers and which results from the forming of a microcomposite powder comprising a fluoropolymer in the form of particles between 0.1 and 0.5 nullm in size and fillers. The present invention also relates to a lithium-ion battery comprising at least one element such as the separator, the electroactive layer or the electrode defined above. This microcomposite powder can be prepared by coatomization of an aqueous solution containing the fluoropolymer particles between 0.1 and 0.5 nullm in size and of an aqueous solution of the fillers. It can also be prepared by flocculation or coagulation of an aqueous solution containing the fluoropolymer particles between 0.1 and 0.5 nullm in size and of an aqueous solution of the fillers. The forming of this microcomposite powder consists in preferably forming a film in order to obtain an electrode film or a separator film. Next, these films are joined together to form a battery. According to one advantageous form of the invention the microcomposite powder comprises a product (A) which is a polymer or an oligomer which can be dissolved with a solvent which is not a solvent for the fluoropolymer or for the electrically conductive product. The invention is a PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) homopolymer or copolymer, the comonomer being chosen from compounds containing a vinyl group capable of being opened by the action of free radicals in order to be polymerized and which contains, directly attached to this vinyl group, at least one fluorine atom, a fluoroalkyl group or a fluoroalkoxy group such that: it comprises a fraction of non-transferred chains of very high molar mass which are completely insoluble in the usual solvents for PVDF, such as DMF (dimethylformamide), DMSO (dimethyl sulphoxide) and NMP (N-methylpyrrolidone), the polymer fraction associated with these high-mass chains having a dynamic viscosity of greater than 50 kpoise at 230null C. and at a shear rate of 100 snull1, the size of the spherulites is between 0.5 and 4 nullm. The present invention is a composition comprising by weight: 70 to 96% of at least one polyamide chosen from PA-11, PA-12, aliphatic polyamides resulting from the condensation of an aliphatic diamine having from 6 to 12 carbon atoms and an aliphatic diacid having from 9 to 12 carbon atoms, and 11/12 copolyamides having either more than 90% of nylon-11 units or more than 90% of nylon-12 units; 4 to 10% of a plasticizer; 0 to 25% of an NBR or HnullNBR elastomer; and the sum of the amount of plasticizer and the amount of elastomer is between 4 and 30%. These compositions can be manufactured by melt-blending the various constituents using standard techniques for thermoplastics. They are particularly useful for pipes used in the operation of offshore oil and gas fields. They exhibit very good ageing resistance. They are also useful for simpler pipes in motor vehicles, these compositions withstanding the ageing caused by the temperature under the bonnet of motor vehicles and the nature of the fluids transported. The invention also relates to pipes comprising at least one layer of this composition. These are either pipes used offshore or simpler pipes for motor vehicles.
