摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus, such as a bed, having a vertically adjustable deck that is selectably raised and lowered in a substantially vertical manner. Two leg frames are pivotally and movably connected to rails supporting the deck through a slot in the bottom of the rails. Support frames having a fixed longitudinal position relative the bed frame rail are connected to a central pivot point of the leg frames, respectively. The support frames each have a cross member supporting a connection lever defining a path. Actuators are pivotally connected to the bed frame and to a movable pivotal connection point along the path. A control arm is provided to determine the location of the actuator end relative the path of the connection lever. Wheel assemblies can be pivotally connected to the second end of the leg frames.

摘要： The present invention relates to an improved mill, and in particular to an improved mill having a drum with several blades that rotates within a housing having several bars affixed near the bottom of the housing. In one embodiment, the mill has a hopper for introducing feed into the housing and a motor assembly for turning the drum within the housing. Several bars are stationarily fixed within the housing. The drum has several blades spaced remote from a central shaft which are supported by a plurality of discs. Each disc has a plurality of holes there through. The blades have an ear at the end proximal the housing outlet to propel the milled feed from the mill. An internal path is provided wherein the feed is likely to make several passes between the blades and the bars, and is unlikely to short circuit within the mill.

In one embodiment, the step assembly has two pieces hingedly connected to each other. A dual purpose handle is provided, and can be selectably extended into and retracted from the second piece for storage and transport, respectively. The handle can also be inserted into the first piece to act as a railing. A rod is also provided, and can be pivoted from a first position to a second position wherein it can contact a door to prevent the door from unintentionally closing.

摘要： The present invention relates to a combination and keyed bag lock with a pop-up hood. In one embodiment, a lock having a post and a rigid seat with a fixed rim is provided. A hood with a cylinder received within the post and an arm extending from the post is further provided. A key hole is within the cylinder. The arm of the hood houses a combination lock. A knob is rotatable relative the cylinder, and the hood pops up under actuation of the knob when the combination is accurately entered. The hood also pops up when the key is used to unlock the lock. The arm separates vertically from the seat when the hood pops up thereby allowing the body of a slide fastener to exit the lock.

摘要： The present invention can have an article comprising a belt with two ends that can be selectably fastened together. A power source and an inverter can be secured within the belt. A buckle with an integrated outlet can be utilized within the belt. The buckle first piece has two cavities that each can have an electrical contact therein. A bridge can electrically connect the contacts. A second buckle piece can have first and second arms that are received within the cavities, respectively, of the first piece. The second piece can engage the first piece in two distinct positions, wherein in the first position the buckle is fastened but no electrical connection is made therein, and in the second position an electric circuit is completed. Breaking the electrical connection within the buckle electrically separates the power source and the inverter to prevent drawdown of the power source.

When two parallelograms are used, the first has first and second levers and a drag link, and the second has third and fourth levers and a second drag link. Each parallelogram is raised and collapsed with an actuator. The first lever and the fourth lever each have an arm with an interface. The actuators are pivotally and movably connected to the interfaces and pivotally connected to the drag links. The location of the actuators relative the interfaces is controlled with control arms. The control arms have ends that are connected to the respective drag link and each rotates at an offset circular path about a central point of the adjacent levers.

摘要： A device for chamfering and sanding is disclosed. The device comprises a cylindrical body containing a hollow cone lined with sandpaper attached to the surface of the cone with adhesive. Two corners of the sandpaper are inserted respectively into two slots contained in the sidewall of the cone to further hold the sandpaper in place. The device comprises a shaft attached to the bottom of the device for clutching by a drill press or a three jaw chuck. As the device rotates, objects that require bevelling or sanding are inserted into the cone and pressed against the sandpaper. A sandpaper sleeve is attached to the outer surface of the cylindrical body that may be used for sanding and smoothing.
