Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for UE signaling a network regarding customized ringing signal (CRS) capability and use of such information by the network. Various embodiments may receiving from the network an INVITE message notifying the UE of an incoming call, determining whether the INVITE message indicates that the network provides CRS service if the UE supports a CRS function, and including an indication in a response to the INVITE that the UE supports the CRS function in response to determining that the INVITE message includes an alert information header field indicating that the network provides CRS service. Various embodiments include a network computing device receiving such information and performing negotiations for CRS service with the UE only if the UE indicates CRS functional capability.

In an aspect, a receiver base station receives a configuration for an RF sensing signal, the configuration determined based at least in part on coordination among a plurality of base stations, receives, from at least one transmitter base station, the RF sensing signal, and detects at least one target object based, at least in part, on reception of the RF sensing signal.

Abstract: Aspects relate to configuration of a single sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set for a UE that includes SRS resources associated with multiple, different transmission and reception points (TRPs). A radio access network (RAN) entity, which may be associated with one or more of the TRPs, may configure an SRS configuration for the SRS resource set and transmit the SRS configuration to the UE. The UE may then transmit a plurality of SRS(s) to the multiple TRPs in accordance with the SRS configuration. Other aspects, features, and examples are also claimed and described.

In some aspects, a user equipment may receive, from a base station, an indication of a time gap value associated with a random access channel (RACH) procedure, wherein the time gap value is based at least in part on a capability of the base station, determine whether a physical RACH (PRACH) occasion associated with the RACH procedure is valid based at least in part on receiving the indication of the time gap value associated with the RACH procedure, and selectively transmit, to the base station, a PRACH transmission in the PRACH occasion based at least in part on determining whether the PRACH occasion is valid. Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a first sidelink UE measures multiple reference signals periodically transmitted by a second sidelink UE using multiple receive beams corresponding to reference signals in response to a beam failure declared by the first UE. The method also selects one of the reference signals that satisfies a condition. The method further includes notifying the second sidelink UE of the selected reference signal using a beam corresponding to the selected reference signal. Another method of wireless communications by a first sidelink UE includes periodically transmitting, to a second sidelink UE, multiple beam failure recovery (BFR) reference signals across multiple transmit beams. The method also includes receiving, from the second sidelink UE, an indication of a selected beam for communications between the first sidelink UE and the second sidelink UE. The method notifies the second sidelink UE of successful beam failure recovery.

Abstract: Some techniques and apparatuses described herein enable a base station to configure a CSI-RS resource set with one or more parameters that are linked to one or more parameters of least one of a message that triggers CSI-RS monitoring, a physical channel associated with the CSI-RS monitoring, or an uplink reference signal associated with the CSI-RS monitoring. This allows the one or more parameters of the CSI-RS resource set to be dynamically set and/or adjusted based at least in part on the one or more parameters to which the one or more parameters of the CSI-RS resource set are linked. As a result, scheduling flexibility for beam management, downlink communications, and/or uplink communications may be increased. This may reduce delays and increase network speed, reliability, and/or beam management efficiency. Numerous other aspects are provided.

In an aspect, a base station transmits a first radar reference signal (RRS) on a first set of resources comprising first time resources, first frequency resources, first spatial resources, or any combination thereof, wherein the first set of resources is selected to enable a first user equipment (UE) to perform a first type of environment sensing, and transmits a second RRS on a second set of resources comprising second time resources, second frequency resources, second spatial resources, or any combination thereof, wherein the second set of resources is selected to enable a second UE to perform a second type of environment sensing, wherein the second set of resources is different from the first set of resources, and wherein the second type of environment sensing is different from the first type of environment sensing.
