    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating support for an increased quantity of sidelink configured grants are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) includes receiving scheduling information corresponding to a first quantity of sidelink configured grants, the first quantity of sidelink configured grants being greater than eight sidelink configured grants. The example method also includes receiving, from a base station, an activation of a sidelink configured grant of the first quantity of sidelink configured grants. The example method also includes transmitting sidelink traffic to a second UE based on the sidelink configured grant.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for CRC scrambling for SCI in sidelink communication. A wireless transmitter may be configured to scramble bits of SCI based on a scrambling sequence and transmit the SCI to a wireless receiver. The wireless receiver may receive the SCI having CRC bits scrambled with the scrambling sequence and attempt to decode the SCI, including descrambling the CRC bits of the SCI. The SCI may include a first portion of SCI transmitted in a PSCCH and a second portion of SCI transmitted in a PSSCH.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for configuring a search space for reverse sidelink communications between one or more sensors/actuators (SAs) and programmable logic controller (PLC) in internet of things (IoT) applications. Particularly, the techniques described herein configure a search space (e.g., subset of all available sub-channels) for reception of sidelink packets (e.g., physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) and physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH)) that may be received at the PLC from the one or more SAs. In some examples, the PLC may monitor the subset of subchannels and decode the sidelink packets received on the subset of subchannels without the need for the PLC to perform blind decoding of all sidelink sub-channels as is currently required in conventional systems. Thus, the disclosed techniques reduce latency and maximize the resource utilization (e.g., by using less processing power and bandwidth) for sidelink communications.
