Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) indicates, to a base station, a training state of a machine learning model for a given channel condition, and a request for a change in demodulation reference signal (DMRS) transmissions. The UE also receives DMRS transmissions in accordance with the training state for the given channel condition. The UE performs online training of the machine learning model with the DMRS transmissions. A UE may also request, from a base station, a specific number of demodulation reference signal (DMRS) symbols for a slot, and receive DMRS transmissions in response to the request to estimate a raw channel.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may support repetitions of any uplink transmission as a function of, at least, uplink transmission priority. In some implementations, a base station may transmit to the UE a configuration or an indication of a configuration that maps different repetition values to different priority levels, among other factors. Subsequently, the base station may transmit a message to the UE scheduling or activating an uplink transmission for the UE to send. The UE may then transmit the uplink transmission according to a number of repetitions determined based on the received configuration and a priority level of the uplink transmission. In some implementations, the number of repetitions of each uplink transmission may be jointly determined with uplink priority and one or more other factors, such as UCI type, an SRS purpose, or any combination thereof.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive, from a base station, a common downlink control information (DCI) message indicating an update to a common beam which applies to a set of UEs, where for each UE of the set of UEs the common beam is shared across a set of channels, a set of reference signals, or both. The UE may receive, via the common DCI message, an indication of the set of UEs associated with the update to the common beam. The UE may then perform at least one beam switching procedure to update the common beam at the UE based on receiving the common DCI message and the UE being included within the set of UEs.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a single downlink control information (DCI). The user equipment may identify, based at least in part on the single DCI, a set of downlink resources allocated to the UE for a downlink communication and a set of uplink resources allocated to the UE for an uplink communication. In some aspects, a base station may allocate a set of downlink resources to a UE for a downlink communication and a set of uplink resources to the UE for an uplink communication. The base station may transmit a single DCI including information associated with identifying the set of downlink resources and the set of uplink resources. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to Layer 1 (L1)/Layer 2 (L2)-centric inter-cell mobility. In one example, a scheduled entity receives a communication from a scheduling entity that facilitates a configuration on how to connect with a plurality of candidate cells. The scheduled entity then exchanges information about the plurality of candidate cells with the scheduling entity via L1/L2 signaling, and connects with at least one of the plurality of candidate cells based on the L1/L2 signaling and the configuration. In another example, a scheduling entity transmits a communication to a scheduled entity to pre-configure the scheduled entity on how to connect with a plurality of candidate cells. The scheduling entity then receives information about the plurality of candidate cells from the scheduled entity via L1/L2 signaling, and dynamically selects via the L1/L2 signaling at least one of the plurality of candidate cells to serve the scheduled entity.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to indicating antenna configuration information and neural network information are disclosed. Neural network information may be selected for an encoder side based on an antenna configuration of a first device housing the encoder. This information may be transmitted with the antenna configuration information to a second device, which may jointly train the neural network with the first device. The first device may further transmit one or more weights after the training, which are stored with the antenna configuration information at the second device as well. When a third device with similar antenna configuration as the first device establishes communication with the second device, the second device may transmit neural network information, as well as weights, to the third device. The third device may use this information, instead of default information, to speed up neural network initialization and training.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit a data packet to a user equipment (UE). The data packet may have an associated packet delay budget to maintain a quality of experience for a user of the UE. The UE may determine a packet delivery time associated with the packet based on a communications latency and a signal processing latency. The UE may assess the packet delay budget and determine a remaining delay budget based on the packet delivery time. The UE may report the remaining delay budget to the base station in a feedback message. Based on the feedback message, the base station may determine to adjust a transmission time for subsequent data packet transmissions to improve data packet transmission and processing reliability.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may switch semi-persistently scheduled (SPS) or configured grant (CG) transmissions for a user equipment (UE) across component carriers according to a resource switching pattern to avoid resource conflict with control information on one or more component carriers. The resource switching pattern may have multiple flows spanning different component over a time interval for redundancy. According to some aspects, a base station may transmit a synchronization signal block (SSB) in one of a set of flexible SSB locations or candidate SSB locations, where each of the set of candidate SSB locations is associated with a respective SSB identifier.
