Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for reporting channel state information (CSI) by a user equipment in a wireless communication system. According to the present invention, the user equipment may receive configuration information related with the CSI from a base station and measure the CSI based on the configuration information. Thereafter, the user equipment includes reporting the CSI to the base station and the CSI includes a rank indicator (RI), a channel quality indicator (CQI), and an indicator indicating the number of amplitude coefficients other than 0 and the second part includes a precoding matrix indicator (PMI).

Performing the retransmission for the first uplink transmission or the new uplink transmission can comprise: determining, in a state in which an NDI value for the first scheduling message is considered a specific value, whether the value of the NDI field is toggled in comparison to the specific value; performing the retransmission for the first uplink transmission on the basis of the non-toggling of the value of the NDI field in comparison to the specific value; and performing the new uplink transmission on the basis of the toggling of the value of the NDI field in comparison to the specific value.

Abstract: A method by which a transmission user equipment (UE) transmits a sounding reference signal (SRS) in a wireless communication system, according to the present disclosure, can comprise the steps of: receiving, from a base station, first configuration information including a timing advance and/or a timing advance offset; receiving, from the base station, second configuration information including SRS configuration; and transmitting an SRS to a reception UE on the basis of the first configuration information and the second configuration information. The timing advance is the same as the downlink reception timing of the reception UE, and the timing advance offset can be set to transmit the SRS. The timing advance can have a value corresponding to the downlink reception timing of the reception UE.
