    Abstract: An information transmission method includes: transmitting first sidelink information and first target information on a target resource, or prohibiting transmission of the first sidelink information and the first target information on a same transmission resource. The first sidelink information is sidelink information corresponding to sidelink transmission between the first terminal device and a second terminal device, the first target information includes uplink information or second sidelink information, and the second sidelink information is sidelink information corresponding to sidelink transmission between the first terminal device and a control node.

    Abstract: A method for radio link monitoring, a terminal, a base station, and a storage medium are provided. The method for radio link monitoring includes: in sidelink communication, performing a radio link monitoring RLM measurement on a radio link between terminals to monitor radio link quality between the terminals, where if a terminal is configured with a plurality of resource pools, the RLM measurement is performed in each resource pool, or if a terminal is configured with a plurality of beams or a plurality of antenna panels, the RLM measurement is performed on each beam or each antenna panel. With the embodiments of this application, radio link quality in sidelink communication can be monitored.
